Clean and nice place, we walked out happy to see how clean and organized this place was. We recommend it for sure. Yes we do.

One cashier closed her register early leaving a line of 6 women on the top floor near closing time. Instead of leaving the gates open with someone standing by they locked them so we had to go outside and walk around to another entrance to reenter the mall.

No idea why there's no men's jeans section in the store (Levi's or off brand, everything was expensive).

Just overall an odd store layout.

Clean store, nice selection, friendly staff. They were having a good sale so we bought some stuff.

A friend that I work with wanted to take me to South point to do some shopping for my vacation and so we went to belk's and found a lot of goodies thank you my friend for taking me to Bill's it was awesome at southpoint and we stayed there all day best day ever

This store is always so efficient. Never under staffed from what I ve experienced, always clean, friendly folks working, and always stocked. Parking is great for those who are looking to get in a door quickly and spend less time walking from car to building.

A clean, bright, and well organized store with helpful and kind employees. How anyone survives the holiday rush always impresses me. Be sure to stop by before the end of the year as many sales are going on right now.

Friendly sales associates. One, I didn't get her name, went above and beyond. She spent a considerable amount of time assisting me and ultimately making the sale. Kudos Belk for still knowing what customer service is.
