In Corona I had contact with someone from BWB who worked at home. Very friendly and clear explanation. Positive things may also be mentioned.

A laugh !!! This is REALLY the worst civil service I know and have ever dealt with! Not normal. I just get reminders for things that have been paid LONG. I'm trying to get in touch, but yes ... The fact that this organization has been put together by different authorities does not alter the fact that it is and remains a private company, even though the organization may want to see it differently. The employees are not civil servants, at most semi-civil servants, which clearly implies that it is therefore not a government institution. By the way, they do work as a civil servant, stubborn and customer (company) unfriendly.
An organization that confuses private and business under the guise of a sole trader is private. I hope that the national tax authorities will look at it that way when I book all the assessments for business purposes. Does not think so many hundreds of euros extra accounting costs.
