Would have cancel services a long time ago if it wasn't for our great BI Dani. Scheduling never communicates with my sons team. Scheduling never admits any wrong. They always blames everyone else. I was told another BI was going to start because my son needs mores hrs. Never happen. If it wasn't for me calling to ask a question i would of been waiting at home for no one to show up. (Would of not been the first time) Not very happy. But my sons team is trying very hard to help my son.

Many changes that results in turmoil. Honestly, they need to establish to lead by example from staff to patients. The facts needs to come out more far as work goes. They do not put much action despite the solid beliefs of morals.

Horrible company. With them for a year, our son progressed in SPITE of this company.
-Inexperienced, untrained BTs.
-Scheduling issues (late, cancellations and no show no calls)
-Stressful to deal with (had to specifically request masks for COVID and even still the BT sent us news articles saying masks weren't necessary.)

We are considering doing without ABA services due to this company's thorough ineptitude and the fact that many other providers seem to have the same issues. We were sold a line that ABA is essential for our child's development, yet this company does not take the time to screen for qualified candidates or train them correctly. We went through 9 or 10 BTs in less than a year. Some of these BTs didn't even show up. Some quit on our doorstep and would even complain to us how horribly they were trained. We got rid of 3 on our own accord due to unprofessional behavior like showing up 45 minutes late and late multiple times with no call/text. Another refused to follow their own company procedures, not even knowing what basic ABA principles like "priming" and "timing" are and causing tremendous issues for our child including melt downs and causing REGRESSION by taking over activities and letting him simply run around the house and interrupting our own efforts. We've had a BT come in one day and quit the next. We've had a BT show up to our home and tearfully apologize that she had quit and wanted us to know personally how terrible this company is. We've had 2 BTs never even show up for 2 months while we were supposed to have services. The first 2 BTs we had before our son turned 3 were amazing, but the company changed them on us due to the age change. We've had 1 excellent BT, who was a former pre-school teacher and totally understood children who even compained about lack of guidance and the clunkiness of their "technology" devices. Charlene if you're reading this-thank you for EVERYTHING. We had one BT implement the totally irrelevant goal of getting our son to have a girl drive his cars, hiding all the boy figurines to accomplish this. I'm all for equality, but we are need our clinical needs met, we'll be the ones to teach values.

For anyone still reading, all it takes to become a BT is a month of training. It takes me longer to train to be able to fix a refrigerator, and yet this company expects us to trust them with our kids.

BHW, if you're reading-DO BETTER. You are actively harming children with incompetent BTs and your lack of training.

I love the environment when I came in. The employees there welcomed my entrance at the door and had a very enthusiastic tone. I really love the way BHW takes care of these parents and children. I would recommend to come here if anyone doesn't know the way of ABA therapy. They really do help you in any way possible.

I had nothing but bad experiences with this company. It did not take long for us to see they were money motivated by their recommended service plans but also because they tried to double bill me. There are so many choices out there these days, I highly recommend you do not pick them as your asd skills provider.

we were with this company for about a year and a half before cancelling services. if it wasn't for the two main BT's we had (and loved)we would have cancelled long ago. we had multiple BT's that we had to switch out due to what seemed like lack of training or just the complete inability to perform the job. we had one supervisor who was great and very helpful but she left and was replaced with another who came out once a week and 90% of the time literally just sat on my couch working on her computer doing things that related nothing to my child or her therapy(I know because I would peek to see what she was doing). she also seemed pretty lost when it came to directing the BTs and giving productive direction/advice. we cancelled after getting a MASSIVE bill and only then realizing that we were being charged every single time the supervisor came over to pretty much just hang out on our couch on top of our regular sessions. we were already on the fence with the company over how little progress my child was making and if our time/money would be better spent on other types of therapy/a diff company. since cancelling my child has made SO much progress, I don't regret my decision to leave. I gave two stars for the two BT's that genuinely took an interest/put effort into my Childs therapy.
