One of the staff was acting very aggressive with me on camera outside and I told the supervisors but no one did anything ! they all were helping the other staff out because they don t care and like me either.
I enjoy going to therapy it helps me release what been bottled in me. The only disappoint is parking and ppl that picked by mass Transport the driver race in and out to fast . Wish could make suggestions to change opening to go in on side street and exit same way . It is too tight going in on liberty St taking a sharp turn to come bldg due a increase in parking ,( wrong)
They offer a diverse set of mental health services. Every staff members appears happy and sincere. These clinicians truly want to help you turn your life around from whatever issues you might have. They also offer med service at this location. So, if you need antidepressants or anxiety medication you can be prescribed meds here after some time of working with a personal therapist (clinician). If you stop seeing your therapist you will no longer be allowed to receive medications from any doctors or nurse practitioners.
Behavioral Health Network is defiantly not the place to get any sort of help. They have violated many Social Security Admiration regulations (6 of them to be exact)! Which they aren't being held accountable for. They are also in violation of HIPAA due to the fact I have revoked all right for my personal information to be shared multiple times. BHN has also neglected to follow there own policy's. When will provider's learn that we as mental health patient's/clients have rights!! Join me in speaking out!! Silence isn't an option!!!!!!!
I m a client of BHN and everyone is always very nice. They have good treatment and the place is nice and clean.
Staff is very rude. Not all but some. Cleaning the kitchen at 5am very loud. Then when I politely asked for earplugs I was rudely brushed off and told "there's nothing on". Very dismissive and careless of the needs of those who stay here. Was told by one staff member the tv goes off every night at 11 pm. During the shift change, a different staff member took over and claimed there is no set time that the blaring TV gets shut off. I was forced up till around 12:45 dealing with excruciating anxiety, depression, and exhaustion when sleep could have been the thing I needed to feel well rested and able to tackle the very difficult day ahead. Unfortunately now I will leave here in worse shape then I came in. Very poor treatment do not recommend!
These People are Very Rude and Unprofessional! They wasted my time and behaved very poorly when I went there.
Good parking. They are always behind. I have a 50 min appt but me social worker I always 20-30 min late. If I did that, ide get kicked out.

Dress are good but never arrive late they will cancel your appointment
