Excellent service from Marnie and the team at Bedshed Dandenong. We had done our research online and decided on a bed for our youngest. Called up and spoke to Marnie - she was very helpful and provided further information on the bed and availability. She left me with a very competitive price and didn't press me for a sale. I called back later that afternoon and placed the order and paid - no stress and no hassle, and all done completely over the phone.
Picked it up when it arrived at their warehouse. Finally met Marnie, she was lovely. Bed is perfect. Highly recommend Marnie and her team at Bedshed Dandenong.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Please stay away from this store. Here is what will happen in your journey. They will be very nice until you pay in full. After delivery, they'll forget about everything and literally no customer service. David, the store manager hung the phone up while I was talking to him, explaining the fault with my dresser. Extremely unprofessional. I would rate zero star if I could.
I was extremely lucky enough to have Marnie look after me over the phone today!! I didn t think I would be able to order my customised bed frame during lockdown as this service was only available in-store to be able to select which frame, base and colours but Marnie took her time to send me pictures of the styles they have and explained to me in great detail of the designs of the base, frames and their colour selections. I could not fault Marnie s expertise !! I am super happy and extremely excited to receive my new bed frame, 4 side draw base and mattress!! I know it will definitely be worth the wait to finally have the design I always had in mind turn into reality!! I am so deeply appreciative for Marnie s service today!!

Had a great experience up till the owner backed on his words and tried to add in delivery charges. Unprofessional how he handled things for $75 on a $6K sale. "come in and i will refund your 3K deposit" and hung up. No professionalism at all.
