Bed Bath & Beyond - Bloomington, MN Review

Sales staff was super helpful, got me exactly what I needed, in and out in 8 min!

Never have I seen a store in such disarray. They may be remodeling but that is no excuse for it to look like this.

I heard that Kohls and Bed Bath and Beyond stopped carrying My Pillow because Mike Lyndell shared his beliefs about the election.

Not much for the "Bath side" of bed, very littleamout of accessories to find for the bath. It should be called trinket store because they are full of weird trinkets.

I was able to exchange a heated blanket that stopped working.

The staff was very helpful in finding some things for me. Always shop here with a 20% discount because they have good deals with coupons. Yankee Candle selection is great as well and much cheaper than other stores. Some of their kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are higher than some others. Plenty of parking within the shopping center.

With 20% off every purchase, I've saved a ton of money while supplying my 2 Airbnb rental units. Great selection of household goods!

Under remodel and I'd be lying if I said the staff was helpful.

They have everything. But they need a better map of where to find things.

Filthy, store was in total disarray. Some older woman asked if she could help and while i was answering her she asked someone else the same thing. Getting as geto as they get.

The new renovation looks amazing! The addition of the one of a kind, food, and health and beauty areas is great!

serice is both aweful and anoying. Some of the kitchen and bedroom stuff is nice but you can easily find lower prices.

How does anybody walk out of this place without buying something there is too many choices too many possibilities I'm only giving it 4 stars because when I went in there they were doing construction and moving everything around and it was far more confusing I was bumping into too many people that didn't know where they were going. but the workers so kind and friendly they knew exactly what was going on.

This was the closest place that had crystal clear aloe gel. I called ahead of time to see if they had any as the website said they did but then one second later said they didn't. They saved a bottle for me thank goodness, they only had one left. Very nice staff and store too.

No staff around to assist. Very empty shelves kind of looked like they were going out of business. Only 1 cash register open & about 8 people in line. Offering $200 hiring bonus but that doesn't appear to be helping them hire and retain a staff.

I went in looking for a couple of sets of Camo Fleece bedding it took 20 minutes to find out they could order it and have it shipped C'mon don't put it in your ads if your not going to carry it! Thanks for the waste of time! Off to other stores!

Great selection of products. The space is a bit cramped and the floor staff is very non-personable. The cashier staff however are very friendly and helpful

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We just left this Bloomington MN store and pretty much about 5 different staff members we approached to help us were very unfriendly, unhelpful and would just brush us off. We ended up so frustrated and spent almost an hour finding items we were looking for by ourselves, which could have saved us a lot of time had someone just simply guided us in the right direction in the first place. The one only exception was Patrick, who we ran into just as we were almost done. He was the only friendly and helpful staff member. The manager of this store really needs to do a better job of improving their customer service. Go to this store at your own risk of having your day spoilt.

Love the 20% of one item coupon they seem to have every week. Join their "Club" (for free) and they will frequently text it to you!

It's pretty big you can get easily turned around in it. However you may have trouble getting help if you need help from a clerk.

Not much I can say about this place if you have already been to a BB&B. You pretty much know what to expect.

I went to the store to buy towels and a few things to try making my own sourdough. Not much of a shopper, I tend to zip in and out of stores getting right down to business. I found this store to be laid out really well. The baking stuff was just to the left of the entrance. I could not find a large enough glass jar for my pickling so Mark at the service desk in back was kind enough to order it for me.

Then I noticed a CO2 cannister and he explained how that machine makes fizzy water which my grandson really loves to drink. I keep hauling bottles from Trader Joe's so instead I got a fizz maker and he helped me choose. In the end we found a couple of more things to make both bread and pickles which I had not even thought of.

The towels were near the exit and by then I had filled a basket of stuff, all useful. Great experience and very thought help. Thank you, Mark.

Date of Visit: 10/31/2018 approx. 10:30AM - Rating a 2/5 stars purely for the treatment I received from the Wedding Registry sales associate, Summer. Summer was incredibly overbearing, wouldn't listen to us, and was very pushy. We kept asking to give us the scanner, we didn't need her to escort us throughout the store and show us all her favorite items, but she kept just saying, "Oh let me show you this!" and "Oh, let's now go look at this!" We found it incredibly irritating. Further, when we went to leave, she made us review our registry with her while she critiqued each item and asked us why we added that item, or why we didn't add a different item. Again, we found this irritating. FINALLY, when we were done, she couldn't get the printer to print the registry; we told her multiple times that we do not need a paper copy. Again, we waited for 30-35 minutes for her to get the printer up and running. The store itself was clean and organized (except for the bedding, which they were doing a re-set on) and the other sales associates I encountered while scanning my items for the registry were helpful, kind, and pleasant. In sum, if you're looking for a 2-3 hour registry experience, visit Summer. For us, we wanted a quick in-scan-out experience. We only scanned for approximately 20 minutes...the rest of the time was spent trying to get Summer away from us.

Had what I was looking for, but it was expensive. Left without purchasing anything.

Great place to look for any sort of home goods you could possibly need.
There are so many products stacked so high that it can be overwhelming.
The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Make sure to check the mail or their website to make sure you get coupons before you go.
They also price-match, so if you do find a retailer with a better price, worry not!

Very helpful staff walked me over to what I was looking for, and when they had only one of the sale item I wanted, they ordered one more, honoured the sale price and shipped it free

The store itself a bit difficult to get to as it's in the back corner of the shopping area.
Once inside, the selections are plentiful! Especially their cooking aids (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and coffee makers and coffee itself.
The store is actually bigger than it looks, so there's plenty to checkout and explore.
The reason for four stars is that each time I've gone in and purchased something, it takes at least ten minutes to checkout. There's never enough cashiers. It doesn't matter what day or time of day.

Redesign does not flow well, understaffed, and poorly stocked. Will not be returning. Disapointing.

Just your standard run of the mill BB&B department store. Nothing really stands out about it. I went in, found what I was looking for and was out.

Overwhelming so big, didn't have what we were looking for and need to watch what you're buying. Most can be found for less at other places. Have just about everything and more though.

Overwhelming with product all over, including up walls.

Ordered curb side, showed up tapped button to notify them I am here, it did not submit online so I had to call in to let them know. They guy came out with the wrong item. I asked if he could return it and said yes went inside store came back only to tell me I d have to come in for return because they need my order number. Got inside he asked for number but then said it s ok I got it right here as he is looking at slip order. Horrible curb side !!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful to me. I was able to get a beautiful shower curtain that really pulled my bathroom together. The shower curtain that I wanted was on display and associate went the extra mile by taking it off the display when she couldn't find it in the bins. Great place to shop.

I'm wondering if this store is going out of business. The store seemed filthy dirty and the shelves were unorganized and sparse. Had trouble finding a sales clerk to help. The clearance section looked like a flea market. Not impressed!

In an attempt to support retail I ordered my vacuum from this location for pickup. I had to go into the store even though they said I could have it delivered to my vehicle. It took four people 30minutes to figure out they screwed something else. All while I waited 20feet from a pile of the very vacuum I ordered. Do not go to this location. It is worth the drive to any other store. Or, order it through amazon at a cheaper price and have it delivered to your address.

I worked at BBB and the way this place operates compared to my store is disappointing. It's hard to find help and when you do it's hard to keep them. They have a lot of young boys working there and they are never knowledgeable about the products even though they are suppose to take classes to become educated about them. They also do not offer free in store shipping unless you press hard enough. (I could just order it myself if that were the case) Also, and this is a comment on the company as a whole, but why sell a trash can that requires a certain bag and then discontinue the bag. Lastly, anytime I order an item online the item doesn't even ship until after it is suppose to DELIVERED. I thought it was a one time thing but nope. I can see now why business has dropped so drastically.

There was ABSOLUTELY No way I could a Coupon on google. It says its there but NOTHING showed up !

Bought several items. Checked receipt when I got home, dumb move, found I was charged twice for a $17.00 item. Have to make a return trip to correct the mistake.

Now who just dosen't love their candles/products!? I ask you...? The staff @ any seem always friendly and top of the line.

What happened to Bed Bath &Beyond??? They have lost their identity!
BB&B had an iconic identity...like Kleenex or Ketchup...their name stood for something remarkable! The "Beyond" meant Egyptian cotton, beautiful quality sheets, towels, kitchen utensils that rivaled the gourmet stores...this is where we came to see what the new patio look was...this is where my 20 and 30 something friends registered for weddings. BUT NOT ANYMORE.
This is Bed Bath & Beneath you.
I am not going to walk past 5 rows of junk food and 10 rows of band aids to buy a "special chair".
BB&B should be completing with World Market, Pier One, Homegoods, or Kirkland's. If they wanted to go Beyond...they should ho Big...like Z Gallery.
Now they look like Walgreens. Not my cup of tea. Sorry. There is nothing Beyond anymore.

Love the selection and quality, I think the prices are high on some things. But we continue to shop here because it's overall a good store to shop at. They have just about everything you could want for Bed,Bath, Kitchen and Beyond.
