Beco hires unprofessional and rude people who just come in for a paycheck. They are NOT customer-oriented and make you lie to the customer. The managers are unbelievable. If you work for them, be ready to lower your standards. If you move into one of their apartments, don't interact with the office and you may survive. Have security cameras. Be home when maintenance comes. Watch your neighbors. Lock up your belongings. Take pictures and videos of everything. Or, better yet... just avoid Beco and all of their properties.
The property manager is horrible. Upper management does nothing to correct the complaints given from multiple employees at 900 Acqua. Therefor employees leave on their own. This is not a good place to work. The company has poor values and is very sneaky. They reward people who don't deserve promotions. You are talked down to, like your beneath someone. The residents complain. The employees complain. I suggest making changes to keep you employees.
