What can I say, I live here. 39 acres of woods filled with trails. A swimming pool and two tennis courts.

Great place for the kids to play in the water. There are lifeguards on duty when the pool is open. The pool goes from 3 feet in the shallow end to 7 feet at its deepest. The are lounges, chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck for those who choose not to go in the water. You need to be a member of the Beckonridge Home Owners Association and pay the yearly fee to use the pool. It can also be rented out for private events. I spent a nice hour watching the kids swim. Worth a visit.
