Beck Toyota Review

Parents visiting from TN and needed a car to travel home. Enter Scott, a recent addition to the used car staff at Beck Toyota. He showed great patience and positive enthusiasm showing the ins and outs of a technology rich 2018 Highlander. Would have like a little more for the trade-in (but what they offered was not unreasonable). More importantly, the price was right for the Highlander. Anyways, Beck Toyota and all the staff that we met today get 5 stars!

We purchased a Highlander from David K. almost 5 years ago ! We also own an Avalon which we purchased from another dealership . After the first class experience of the purchase of the Highlander and great service on that vehicle , we now have both vehicles serviced here ! We drive a 100 plus miles to do so.......and yes , it's worth the trip !!

Had an amazing experience leasing a new 4Runner from Beck. Deal was worked out via text/email and the paperwork was a quick and painless experience. Was in and out of the dealership with my new car in under an hour!

The service was exquisite and helpful. I did not end up buying a car there, but Mike was very easy-going and upfront with my car search. Great quality vehicles for sale as well.

Easy to schedule service appointment and check-in when I arrived. Needed a rental and it was set up so didn't have to wait long. Car was ready that afternoon.

Besides not having any cars everything was fine. We did go on a test drive but it was in a car we didn't care for. Maybe next time.

I take my work Toyota for servicing here. I've never been anything but happy with the work. Today I actually waited with the vehicle and it took exactly as long as they said it would for an oil change/tire rotation. I love how they check everything I wouldn't even know to keep an eye on. Great value!

Decided to stop by the dealership to take a look at one of the new highlanders. Dealership was not open so I thought I could just take a quick look inside the vehicle. Was approached by a salesman he asked us if we where just looking my husband and I said we would like to buy and we have been looking at the chevy traverse and the Arcadia, to which the salesman chimed in I bet these are more expensive.... Toyota is always more expensive..... So because I had my outdoor clothes on and I had been working outside he assumed I was too poor I asked him some more questions and he was not very informative. I told him I would like to schedule a test drive... ya that's not happening. With the shortage of cars in the lot you would think you would want to sell one. Well if I do come back to buy that car I won't be buying if from that guy! Ya know you shouldn't profile people.

We had a wonderful experience at Beck Toyota. Our salesperson Scott was super helpful and was very nice.
