Amazing Beaver Toyota is no exception to the rule. Actually, they give a completely new meaning of WOW you.

After purchasing approximately 11 cars and have referred people to from Beaver Toyota, it is apparent that this dealership has changed its business matrix. Including the service department.

When you’re told that, your car purchase includes the following.

1. Free Courtesy shuttle. This is an interesting benefit they are a good 20 minute from most areas. For me personally it is a good 30 to 45 miles so it worth less.
2. 3 oil changes
3. Multi-point inspection, Stock number A39xxxxA they sure inspected the car. They did replace tires, they only replaced the two back tires, Front tires (Front Wheel Drive) were from 2009. I guess the WOW you is possible unsafe tires. The under carriage was recently painted black.
4. Free CarFax all dealerships provide that for free
5. My favorite “30-Day Exchange”. You do get an opportunity to exchange, BUT under some of these guidelines. They will give you the money that you paid for it excluding Extra fees, taxes, $999.00 Doc fees etc., when you select your replacement car you may have to pay the difference between the previous car and you new selection and pay the entire fee all over again. This is coming some one who works for Beaver and other Toyota Dealership. A WOW moment.
6. Great Customer Service. Only as good until you, sign the paper work.
7. Service is the major problem that was the biggest factor I had four service writers and always had major issues. So they gave me Mr. S and he is the only for service manager I would work with. Even cars that I purchased elsewhere. I notice on my last service their was a different service advisor, honestly I really didn’t think much about it, because I always talked to Mr. S. What is very alarming that on 08/22/25 I asked Mr. S if he was still going to take care of me, he said no, because he has to oversee about 20 other service advisors, I said I had bad experiences and I wanted him to still take care of me, he said no. I told him that I will have to look for another Toyota Dealership, classic response do what you gotta do. My first thought was WOW, here is a person who was supposed to be a friend, turned out I was mistaken. At the very least, he could have given me a little heads up.

As a result, the dealership lost 2 car deals a A39xxxxA and a 2025 new 4 Runner on 08/22/2025. Just remember all those perks you are paying for them they will not discuss them unless you ask questions about them. Strongly would recommend to shop around. Do your research. Ask any a lot of question ask to see everything in writing.

Do not let the sales staff at beaver tell you that they loose money on the sale, they do not. They make a lot of money on the resale of your trade-in, additional to all of the fee’s. Just remember the manufacturer has 3 levels of pricing. Look at the MSRP then look at the inflated add-on’s that they put on. Highly advise against any add-ons the do put on, Just remember dealerships has certain floor plan that that have to meet certain goals depending on what program they they’re on.

I am supposed to be a V. I.P. At the end of the day they only look at the sale not you as a loyal customer.

One of the most disappointing things was I brought a mom and her son to buy a car. The deal was not good as with the cars were good either they had body shop masking or writing on them they do not do a thorough inspection. I bragged about Beaver I am so embarrassed a will not recommend them to anyone. How they treated my friends.

Be cautious with Beaver Service Department especially and sales staff. The GM just walks around with his nose in the air.
