Good for a few employees and terrible for everyone else. My old boss was so helpful and would make things happen and help everyone The office only pretends to care and will not fix your issues if you can get ahold of someone. I refuse to drive 1-2 hours to only work 3 hours. Nobody ever fixes anything ask any employees . Messed up schedules, weird brands, not friendly ,lies, you will not feel secure. I try hard but you don t have to.
Long interview process and hiring, to atthe end get left out. They show up in numerous job searches but postpone hiring.
I have worked for the company for 2 years in different capacities. It's a fast growing company that contracts with beauty/skincare/lifestyle brands. They are serious about training you on the brand before you go in store. Great communication, excellent staff who are always helpful. I really enjoy working for this company!
Contacted a few weeks ago by a representative via email about a job at ULTA - she made me sound like I was a great candidate we had a brief phone interview. She said she would get back to me. I followed up with her via email ( she never replied back or followed up. Which is quite inconsiderate and rude)

This company has been so great to me! I really enjoy being part of this team! They train us well and if we cant attend a rally they record and send it to us to stay up to date. The Honey system for communication is good. Schedules are flexible which is what I need and they even give you the option to reschedule a lot of the shifts to accommodate it to more convinient hours since we are the ones in stores and know what hours/days tempt to be busier in each store. I just love their concept and is a very fun, chill & over archiving place to be!
