The worst experience ever!!!!!.I was sent by preferred personnel solutions to work at Beaumont products Inc. on August 23. After I worked for three hours, the supervisor told me that they don't have enough work so we have to leave ONLY with other two of my friends that we went together. And I called preferred personnel solutions told them what happened and they told as that one of the machine was down that's way we were sent home today, but we can go tomorrow they need more man power. We said okay, and we double checked at 4:45 P.M. and they told that we will work eight hours. Unfortunately, the next day when everyone assigned to work but we were selected and sent home. Even if there were other people that started with us we don't know why we were selected to leave work.

This is an awful employer to work for, they have low wages and it takes up to 90 days through the temp staff service to get hired on and then another 90 to get on with the company full time with benefits. Most of the staff are from sober living America, a recovery program. Typical starting wages is $9.00- $9.50, after 180 days they offer you a whopping .50 pay raise. The benefits are good but very expensive. You d be better of going to Fed Ex down the street. Better pay, cheaper benefits, and same work.
