One of the best hotels located in the vicinities of Ernakulam South railway station. Staff very caring to customers. Delicious food, of course locality bit dusty, Vivekananda road blocked one side affect free movement.

The staff were all friendly, and helpful
One in particular was Anand P, as my sister was unwell and he had done more than expected. His advice was very helpful and effective, as well as providing us with what we needed.
The restaurant did their best to cater to some specific dietary requirements (medical) of my family, and did so without us experiencing any problems
However the bathroom has a door with frosting, which you can still see through.

Good place to stay. The menu is unbelievably expensive

The hotel is closed. We arrived late night only to see a guard telling us the hotel doesn't exist anymore due to some tax problems. We paid in advance and hope to claim our money ey back. Also the neighborhood seemed very unsafe at the time. The guard refused to suggest a new accommodation. Would give 0/5 stars.

I loved this hotel,the amenities the pool and especially I want to mention the food was awesome and it was a feel of Singapore's luxury hotels.It was as if I am not living in india

Very nice rooms, surprised that a standard room was this big with separate sofa area with separate guest toilet. All amenities expected from a 3/4* hotel is available. Walk-able distance from Railway Station

The room service is very bad.. No hot water.. No proper response from the house keeping

This is an ill maintained hotel. The rooms dont look clean, there are loose fittings on the cieling, furnitures with chipped edges, broken bathroom locks, key cards that fail intermittently, and the list goes on.

Only advantage is the location with ample parking space.

The food was okay too.

Loved the place, the service, Byt please avoid having food as its too too expensive
