Bear creek is a good place to work however it have the tendency of firing people for in explanatory reasons.

BCS does important work for people who have special needs.

I am proud to work for an agency that works tirelessly for the people we support. We are working to give a dignified and full life to those who have a developmental disability. The staff work hard and do not get paid nearly enough for the great work they do.

Rude offensive, and untrained people. I can't believe people are employeed here.

Very professional staff members at all the facilities.

I m sure that Bear Creek Services are good at some things but I recommend going else where for fingerprinting!! Completely screwed up, now the state tells me they have nothing on file under my name and that I will have to resubmit.
Waste of my time and money

Would never work here again. Poor management. Poor training. And low pay for what you do
