This is a great place for students to stay fit throughout the school year. Everything you need is here. Basketball, indoor track/turf, weight lifting, out/indoor pools. There are also tons of space and rooms available for non weight training such as cardio HIIT and other related stuff. If you take advantage of this place, youll definitely avoid the "Freshmen-15!"

Amazing facility! The options are unlimited and the quality is superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. The weight room gets crowded during peak hours, but it is still very big. Save your money from renting a locker. There are always plenty available of you don't mind carrying your bag.

The rec center is great, with facilities for basically every sort of recreational or exercise activity I've wanted to do there. One thing I discovered recently is that it's actually quite affordable for students or faculty to sign up their spouses for a membership.

Just the most amazing facility! The staff and students at CU are incredibly lucky. The basketball courts have two storey high windows that face the mountains. Indoor skating rink, new gym equipment and excellent squash courts, indoor climbing gym and pool. Yoga and dancing classes are available too

If I had more motivation I'd be here every day! Thankfully it's nice enough that I at least get motivation every once and a while. I feel like I'm walking into a fancy health club without the drunk Pilates moms and that's the best. The only thing I wish I could find was a floor plan layout. It is pretty big and can be hard to maneuver if you don't know your way around really well. I feel like I find a new area every time I'm in there.

Do not try to drive here. Parking lots are a bit farther away. I come from a town with multiple recreation options and centers, this gym has some options I can t get anywhere else. If it s fitness related, head to this gym. Every CU student should at least check this place out and see what they re paying for.

The amount of things you can do here is awesome. Rock climbing, swimming, ping-pong, ice hockey, weight lifting, basketball - you can do it all here. The best part is, while you do all of these things, there's an amazing view just out the window.

Best place to workout. After living in Europe and several places in USA, I find it best in terms of multiple facilities. All sports activities, weight lifting rooms and many more things ....Last but not least, very friendly employees.

On campus recreation center is top of the line. Ice hockey arena, basketball courts, running track on the 2nd level. Soccer field inside as well. Great weight room and exercise facility!

This is a very, very nice rec center. There are 3 pools, a huge climbing/bouldering wall, tennis and basketball courts, multiple areas of cardiovascular machines (treadmill, elliptical, etc,) cable and plate weight machines and free weights. All equipment is new since the 2014 remodel. Also, the people are all very healthy and friendly.

Excellent Gym (If you're a student), but it becomes a crowded mess in the first couple weeks of a new academic year. Overeager freshmen that wont stick around long. Lacks some very specific selections of body-weight equipment.

Very nice facility but free parking is a pain and it gets very busy with students during the school year at certain times of the day (mainly afternoon/evening). For how advanced the facility is the one thing missing is a nice pool. There is a buffalo shaped pool which is a nice gimmick but not practical as it is outside and closed from mid September until early May. It would have been more practical to spend that money on a nicer indoor lap pool as the one currently there is from the 60s.

Great facilities. Pool, running track, soccer field, ice rink, weight rooms, cardio areas, rock climbing, and more. Not to mention all the student employees are great, and the locker rooms and support areas are great.

WORLD CLASS venue. The semi recently renovated Rec center has a great vibe, plenty of things available and the views of the Flatiron from the north window are simply SPECTACULAR. Very easy to forget why you're at the Rec.

During my time in CU Boulder, I spent most of my time here. The perfect REC center inside out, can easily spend hours in here and every thing is available, free weights, lifting rooms, machines, 20 different type of cardio machines. I miss this place and highly recommended

My daughter (a high school junior) and I visited the campus for a women in engineering day. It was an excellant introduction into their engineering program. Great tours, great programs. They answered lots of questions.
