Room very small stains on the floors on the carpets in the room and corridor. Hotel under construction we were informed of it after payment. Impossible to wash for a day. Disappointment considering the price of the room what a pity
Very nice hotel situated in a very strategic location right in front of the stop line volontaire 12 meters, recently renovated. Do one star because the room is really small, I would say cramped, as was the bathroom, and they also put on two very heavy bedside lamps and very low on which I banged my head with its bump. the cleaning of the room is not accurate breakfast is served on the floor less 1, in a very small room with only 18 seats so it happened twice that we had to wait our turn with a really slow service. breakfast is not then very rich, only two types of croissants, small assortment of savory breakfast and no possibility of having an espresso coffee but only on a hot thermos. Very low price. I have not booked on Booking but in person (always recommended option for discounts) and so on 5 nights We saved 100
Hotel very well located with subway station on the doorstep. Gentle staff and always willing to cooperate. Very clean. The only negative point is the size of the apartment which is very small.

Pretty average experience, nothing extremely bad or extremely good. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, but if you're here for tourism, not many famous attractions are very near. The rooms are overall fine, but we've had a few malfunctioning appliances and the shower doesn't drain well. Service has also been average (regarding fixing broken things), but breakfast is not bad. I would neither recommend for nor against, but perhaps look at other options in addition to this hotel.
The wife and I spent four good nights here. We picked it primarily due to its proximity to the Pasteur Institute.
We booked a corner room on the top floor because of its size. Paris hotel rooms, less than $300, are notoriously small and sometimes we've had problems even fitting in our suitcases. This was not the case here with our "large" room. It was still cozy but plenty big enough. The room was shotgun style. Opening into a small sort of parlor area with a sofa and a television. That led to the bathroom which in turn led to the bedroom. Everything was pretty recently renovated and there was lots of light. The shower was huge for Paris Hotel.
The staff were very friendly and understood our terrible French but we're completely okay with going the English route as well.
The breakfast had a good selection of items but it wasn't our favorite that we've come across. It will do in a pinch but you'd be much better served by going to a cafe. Saying that it was a hundred times better than something you'd get at an equivalent American chain like Hampton Inn.
We'd stay here again.
The room and the quality of the hotel corresponded to my expectations, the staff is very pleasant and professional. Only regret the breakfast which is not worth its price. But overall it is an excellent hotel, I recommend.
Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was a bit small but cleaned regularly. Breakfast and wifi was included. The hotel is placed right next to Volontaires tube station where you can easily and quickly get into the centre of Paris. Also it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Eiffel Tower and about 15 more minutes to Louvre museum and other surrounding amenities. Finally, another point of interest, Montparnasse area is within walking distance too. If you don't mind being a bit far off the centre of the centre of Paris, I highly recommend the hotel.
We are very happy with the location of the hotel and the staff as well; the breakfast was very good quality but a little more variety in the menu would be appreciable (for example every day we had omelette, no vegetables ... maybe several sortiment of bread).

Oh, right next to Super India? It is expensive to receive a peek fruit. I ate melon for 7 euros. The next day, there was another woman who got the same thing for 3 euros

It was very nice to stay here for one night. Breakfast was tasty in the form of bufet. Scrambled eggs was so good and creamy with little bacon on the stick.

Very disappointed no showers so in the bathtub which is very slippery so dangerous and no handle to get off very noisy hotel since vaugirard street scooters cars garbage collection more one night on two more expensive 40 positive point home normal is a hotel !!! Also the velux of the room 702 which mansardee must have immense arms to open it obliges to go up on the bed to arrive there inadmissible

Rooms are modern along with the bathroom being high standards. Everything you need is here as well as a mini bar that you can stock with your own stuff. Small but all you need. The double bed is 2 singles which makes it huge! Great location too with a short walk to the effial tower.
A hotel that I highly recommend.Very well located, the subway exit right in front of the hotel, you just have to cross the street, close to Montparnasse station, ideal to take a break before a departure on vacation, in a quiet and very pleasant.Les rooms are beautiful, very nicely decorated, very soundproof, very clean, bedding on top, and calm. Close to the Montparnasse tower and the Eiffel Tower. I will return with great pleasure

Nice hotel, a reception staff that speaks good English and helps with what is needed. The area feels safe to walk around, there are restaurants and writers within walking distance and also a nearby metro station.

Very nice hotel very well located room very nice chic and modern decoration, clean, comfortable bed (room 503) it does lack cushions for the bed. Breakfast very good and varied however we did not have hot water in the shower we called reception at 11pm the person said to my husband to go downstairs that he take his shower in a room which was in work I do not understand why he did not change our room knowing that the next morning the receptionist told me that there were rooms available and that he should have changed rooms because still no hot water in the morning I had to shower in really unpleasant cold water in the middle of winter and cold ... Really disappointed because no gesture nothing. Too bad because I really liked the hotel.
Very well located: rue de Vaugirard, next to the metro. The welcome is friendly. The hotel is clean, the decor is current and you can hear no noise. Comfort.

Very well located just opposite the metro entrance, well served by buses. Comfortable room on the 6th floor on busy street but very quiet, good sound insulation, even the sound of the jackhammer linked to the work in the hotel was not a problem. Comfortable bedding. Bright room. Impeccably clean bathroom. Ingredients of the courtesy tray renewed every day, shame not to find a small bottle of water. Also damage the carpet on the ground, or mites and which always remains a little stained. Breakfast would be perfect with espresso coffee because the last morning it was really not good, flavored water.
Very welcoming staff both at reception and at breakfast. I did not put 5 stars because of the inconvenience of the water cut off from 4 p.m. to more than 7 p.m., and no hot water in the hotel until 10:30 p.m.

Excellent stay, abundant breakfast and fresh. Good location compared to the metro and buses, unfortunately very far from the North Station where we take our train back. It takes around 90 minutes to reach the train station by bus.

A friend recommended thiis hotel and I am so happy she did. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and breakfast was always fresh and ready in the morning. The suit worked perfectly for my family of four. The location was perfect being right across the street from the subway. I will stay here again when I return to Paris.

Location was convenient as it was right opposite to the metro station. The rooms weren't great. And one annoying thing was that the receptionist was always on phone. I had to wait for 10 minutes at times for him to get off the phone. Really need more staff.

Carpet passed color and used, damage, traces on the ground. An orange and white sock found on the floor along the extra bed that was to belong to the former customers. Not great.
