Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business has been using Beacon Technologies for years to host and maintain our CMS. During this time, we've have nothing but a positive experience with all members of their organization. From dealing with state contracts that are slow to renew to jumping through the hoops our campus IT services require, Beacon has always been patience, helpful and very responsive to our needs. They are friendly and accessible. They monitor, they think ahead, they call back and follow up...all the great things you look for in a vendor. I highly recommend using Beacon Technologies!

We received a Digital Marketing Assessment early on. When they identified how our site could be improved they were very prudent about how to allocate our budget. They focused on properly tagging our site, improving our meta descriptions while adding relevant content and effective keywords so that Teal Door Decor would be more easily found by search engines. They had the technical knowledge to input all of the above correctly. Even though our business is not based in their part of the country, they kept us informed by using "Go to Meeting" and phone conferences so they gave us their full attention.
