Pregnancy scan cancelled on day the day of appointment due to Beachside radiology having no radiologist. Not able to get any new appointments for further 2 weeks.this is the worst radiology i have ever visited they should close if they dont have enough staff and not able to run it in proper manner.

Barium studies cancelled the day before the day of appointment due to Beachside radiology having no stock barium. Not able to get more stock for a few days. Their ordering system is obviously not effective if they get to the stage where they find out last minute that they have run out of some essential radiology supply. Appointment set back 6 days, more wait to try and find a diagnosis and treatment for the patient.

Had an xray and scan on my knee today. Vienna was the lady who did my scan. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed. A beautiful young lady inside and out. Never wait too long and the staff are always friendly.
Not impressed with some of the staff, drove 100km for a urgent scan for my wife as we have previously had complications. No attempt to help, when unforeseen traffic conditions caused us to be late. This not first time we haven't been happy with service there.

Visited twice and both times left after waiting over 15 minutes for reception to book me in for an X-Ray.
No one there!!!
The people I saw walking around just ignored me being there and I was the only one in reception waiting to give them a referral from my Doctor.
Called my Doctor and had him refer me to another company and was greeted exceptionally well and had the X-ray done immediately.
Wouldn't refer anyone to this company.
Disgusting. Radiologist likes to play god with peoples lives and refuse a reffered biopsy from a specialist. Wife had to go elsewhere after 1 month of excuses like being told may have to wait for years and complete disregard to actually get the biopsy he was sent a referral to do. New place was shocked to hear they are outright denying potential cancer patients and making them wait for life threatening periods while they decide if they even want to do their job. Go to any other local radiologist.
