I worked there for 13 years When it was Beach Mold and Tool It is a great place to work . They encourage you push yourself to a career level you desire. The former owner Bill Beach has been nothing but nice to me . I have nothing bad to say about them

My sons girl friend works their. She has been hit in the face, cuss out buy people. And the boss laughing about it. She goes to tell hr, and no one does anyhing about it. People their don't do their job. Im telling anyone , don't work their. They treat you bad. And to my x husband work their too.
This job is so unorganized and the hr team that I had experience with on 2nd and 3rd were berry rude! Half the managers are young and you have to be sleeping with someone to get somewhere in this job! When it was beach it was a whole different place! Don't try to make a life time job outta this but if u need easy money with decent pay and can deal with the bs it's a good temporary job!
If you like getting paid right for your job then this is not the place for you. My checks are almost always missing the overtime I work and it takes them weeks to fix it they fix at all! I guess they will fire me over attendance points because I'm not working for free!!!!
Also management is pretty bad with Favorites. It's still beach mold the new name didn't change anything!!!
Great place to pu .guys on the dock working hard to get you loaded .yes it slow but they work hard to get you loaded and out.truck parking available
i was fired for reporting on the job bullying and being cussed out every day .. the head manager Jennifer Patterson called me out for reporting telling all of 3rd shift shipping what i said . then i was suspended and fired the next day .. they also went around telling my medical problem's to half the factory shift and after telling people i reported them caused it to be a very hostile working there for me. they find any way not for you to get a raise they work you 7 days a week . health benefits are very high pay out. poorly ran place.. bill needs to step up and be a man and get things fixed there.. they trained me less then a day then left me back there by myself to do a 10 man job . i did ask for more help and the employees there laugh at me and kept on going( when there boss told them to help) it is very doggy dog and stressful for all. when i reported being cussed out the head boss on that shift told me they have been hear longer they can basically do what they want.
Wife loves her job they treat her well and pay is fair.
Lazy people work here takes 5 HR to load you with low truck traffic then expect you to get the load on time
Taken weeks to get my last check from the place, so far. I thought NYX would do a better job after taking over than this.
Update: Been several more months--last day of work was in August 2019, it's now late July 2020--still no check. I have written it off since I really don't want to deal with their HR giving me the runaround some more.
TG Missouri in New Albany, Mitchell Plastics and Southern Indiana Plastics in Clark Co. are better places to work, especially TG and Mitchell.
