I had a signed and agreed lease for a rental in the Sage condo that was listed by (Von) Robert Brock. The back ground check, credit history and employment checks were all completed. I received an email on Thurday morning stating that my lease agreement was accepted by the listing agent. I was suppose to move in on the following Tuesday. Friday, I received an email that they had just received a $300 higher offer per month and was going to take that offer. I told Von we have a signed accepted lease by the listing agent (Von Brock) and the owner of the property and this is unethical. I told Von I had already made the moving arrangements and now I will be homeless or in a hotel. Von's exact words to me were " I don't know what to tell you it's business". So at this point, I agreed to increase my monthly lease by $300 per month to match the offer recieved because I had no Other option. Von told me via text he will present the offer to the owner and he would decide based on credit history, monthly income and job security which is completely illegal and also considered discrimination. This will be the unethical agent you will be dealing with if you choose Luxury and Beach reality and Von Brock to represent you in your next transaction.

I'm fairly new working with Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc after coming from another real estate company that I had been with for nearly 7 years. What a difference! This company truly has my best interest at heart. Someone is always available for a question, the sales and closing process are unbelievably easy and they offer fantastic training. If you are used to working on your own and not having to go into an actual office (although there is one available locally!) this could be the new home for you! EARN your money and actually receive nearly your entire commission. I am realizing I gave up SO much of my commission in the past that I didn't have too. Do your homework before joining a firm. This could be the perfect home for you.

One of the best real estate companies in terms of professionalism, education and providing the agent an opportunity to serve the clients while not going broke doing so (too many companies take too big of a split). The staff and the owner are helpful and educated about all aspects of real estate. Weekly classes, info-seminars, and a "we got your back" attitude in this boutique-style, ethically-driven, fast-growing real estate brokerage.
