BCN has also been my internet and email host for going on 19 years. It has been a great service for me up until a week ago. I have not been able to get into my email to receive or send for a week now. There has been no communication or transparency from the company about what is going on. All they can say is that the server is down. I will be changing providers if not resolved by the end of the week or at least there is some communication as to what is going on by the company. Not reaching out to your customers is unacceptable. I have pertinent information in my email folders that I need for this weekend that I can't get to.
BCN has been our email and web host for several years now. Our service has been completely down for 7 days now and nobody at BCN will return phone calls. Our business is suffering greatly and BCN still has no answers, 7 days later.. Completely unacceptable.
