Budge Budge Institute of Technology is one of the best private engineering colleges in west Bengal having a good infrastructure & experienced professors from IIT's.

Large campus, neat&clean premises, well designed building

There is no sufficient light in each lab.The all chair are made of simple plastic only,AC does not working and fans are moving but heavy noise.

If you compare among private colleges in West Bengal it is quite good, few professors here may be just the role model you have been searching for........various kinds of event are organised academically.....among them Magnus is famous around Kolkata this year Badshah & Aastha performed live........
Basketball,Cricket,football, volleyball, badminton are part of daily life.....
A Gym & a swimming pool is also available.

Well placed.. infrastructure is too good.. very clean.. all are good..

It's location is great, all types of latest amenities are available

Job opportunity is very bad ...
Faculty's are not good for teach ...

College is located in proper Kolkata so location is nice college as well

Based on my personal experience BBIT is one of the best college among the private colleges. The placement is very good here. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA.

Very co-operative and helpful staffs. No food stalls nearby, only a chai gumti. Computers are very good. 10min by Auto from station, fare 20/-.

how to reach here from budge budge railway station?

The environment is very good. The internals are also good. The canteen is not upto the mark but okish. Behaviour of the staffs are also good.

BBIT (AICTE, NAAC, NBA) is affiliated with W.B.S.C.T.E for diploma courses and MAKAUT for B. Tech and M. Tech. MBA
This is one of the best private college in the Kolkata. They have large campus and good infrastructure. I'm also a student of this institute. I can truly say that having an experience of 6 years (3 years diploma + 3 years B. Tech) in this college. I can say that here education system is very good and all faculties are very helpful, all labs are full to the equipment. All others facilities are available here likes library, sports, swimming etc. There Placement facilities is very good, and highest package 10 lakh. They are provide extra classes for preparing of placement. They are organized cultural events, likes Teacher's Day, Republic Day, feast, fresher etc.

An excellent institute just outskirt of south Kolkata, having world class academic facilities. Everything from school to engineering or medical just under one brand name is unbelievable.Regular campassing done here with the collaboration of some well known buisness powerhouses.On the other hand if compare with other institutions fees are also less till now.The class rooms,play ground,toilet,canteen everything is so well maintained that one can feel foreign universities environment here.Management of the institution cares every little aspects from their staffs to students & guardians also.They always stand beside the students community.All the staffs are well educated & most desirable well behaved.I must have to mention their community based social service which they are offering at the crisis moment of covid 19

Good engineering college but worst place for online Govt exam... Not properly current supply... All computers shut down in the middle of the exam for load shedding...

One of the best technological college in Kolkata, I love this too much, I spend there 3years, all the teaching staff members and non teaching staff members are good and amazing, Design and view of the college is also owesome, whenever you will visit you should must oh what a great place!!!! This college provide four courses that are diploma, Btech, Mtech and MBA... Now look at my photos and videos and enjoy!!!!

Love the management's effort to bring forth the best changes to bring about a good careeristic future for the students and employing her students when necessary. Been working here for sometime, also a student in the first batch. Mostly, wants managements wants students to be present in every classes and get their attendance in tact, Student's feedback regarding faculties are taken very seriously, labs and other infrastructures are taken care of with great attention.
Moreover, from it's inception, BBIT wants the best for the students even if through drastic disciplinary methods which most parents would approve. Now the placement is also doing a great job, working very hard. There could be problems but there are various factors effecting the results of a campus drive, but the good part is the management always open to criticism & wants to address the bottlenecks.
Students who wants to live their college life only with lots of bunks, booze dayoffs, parties, this could be difficult but people who wants to go a particular way in engineering would get all the support the management could give.
In our final year, we got help from our work shop of Mechanical dept in building an antenna for our electronics project.

All the faculties of our college are highly educated and they provide us with the right information for our future development. They provide us with extra time after classes for clearing our doubts.The college has a wide no. of recruiters for placement of students. And every year highly-reputed companies come for recruiting students.College does have both tech and cultural fest to highlight both the technical and social skills of the students.

College Infrastructure
Lecture hall, classes with proper facilities, labs, library are very good. In campus wifi is superb. Green and clean environment with no pollution.

Academics
Academics are good here with proper curriculum and well qualified teachers. Almost every teacher is holding Phd in his/her descipline.

Placements
Placement cell is very active and placements are provided by various multinational companies. Everyyear Student of UIET get placement offers from companies like amazon, cognizant, etc. Moreover students ranks best in academics as well as tech competitions organized by various companies which also provide train as well as job offers to these students.

Anything Else
Students studying here get a lot facilities and their overall development happens. Here people come from all over india to learn and this campus welcomes them with love and affection.

I have great experience over the years. Great atmosphere,great faculties.I love this college very much.

The Budge Budge Institute of Technology or BBIT is a self-financing college in West Bengal, India offering diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering and Technology and other allied fields. It was established by a trust named Jagannath Gupta Family Trust.

The college is affiliated with West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (diploma courses), Maulana Abul Kamal Azad University of Technology (undergraduate and postgraduate courses) and all the relevant programmes are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.

Main city se bahut dur h aane jane ka dang se sadhan bhi nahi milta h

Good college in a large area. Under makaut but campussing is a bit scarce here. Exams like gate nptel have their centres in this college. It is easy to get auto from station and get down here. Not to much difficult to get there. 77A and 76A bus runs over the road
