Very poor connectivity issues. Rental car only reliable option as ola and yellow cabs don't go here. Or you can take an auto from the station (takes 6 pgrs, 3 in front!). Anyways train frequency not great. Only 1 public bus from Esplanade (77A)

I went there for a debate competition organised by Federal Bank, the college professor's are asked to be judge and they neglect other colleges by selecting there college students only.
There are total of 37 participants and 4 students from other colleges, they select 22 students from there college itself and none from the others.

As my daughter is a student of BBIT , according to her...the college is disciplined,well maintained,responsible ( except food management on FEST/ FRESHERS/ in hostel )... though ... students are still ran away by jumping over the wall... in spite of these IT is good in education.

This institution is located in Budgebudge,we went there by car,the place is very clean and there is greenery and plenties of open space all around,facilities for car parking were present inside the campus,the staffs were very well-behaved,it is located little outside of main city,there are not much shops present outside,the buildings were well built and obviously well maintained.
Extraordinary infrastructure in all the departments lab. Which will be help to grow a students. Also environment of the college campus is very good.

Why I Love My college?
My college strikes the perfect balance between modern education and vintage architecture. The vintage buildings of my college never fail to mesmerize me with their glorious beauty.
However, their vintage architecture does not mean it is out-dated, as it is well-equipped with all the contemporary gadgets. I see my school as a lighthouse of education bestowing knowledge as well as ethical conduct upon us. In contrast to other schools, my school does not solely focus on academic performance. In other words, it emphasizes on the overall development of their students.
It has a beautiful campus....well deceiplined.....it's a good institution in kolkata....
Although the college itself is exceptional... But as I went there to attempt NEET exam, this college doesn't seem to have any descent way to reach from budge budge station. A few auto normally runs the way but in case of vital exams like NEET or JEE those autos are not enough to serve all the students and the guardians. So if you are going from Kolkata please hire Ola or other cab service to reach in time or else keep enough time to walk about 5.5 Km (from budge budge station to BBIT).
College campus is exceptional and the authority are caring and nice.

It is not college it is our second home . I am a student of this college and I am feel proud to a student in this college . Here education system is very high . Teacher are also good, many of teachers are PhD holder.

All faculty members are fraud here. Greedy People they just want money thatst it and the all the faculty and non teaching staffs are Rowdy here. If you entre once you will only regret. Its my personal request and suggestions don't ever think of taking addmission here and specially in Hostel .. they provide lizards,earthworms with the food. In short Disgusting fooding and service.
BBIT is already a well established institute in Kolkata. It's almost kind of a family for BBITians. Creativity and innovation is the key of success for many of these students. The environment here really support students to become a good engineer one day.
The infrastructure of the college is very good. It has well equipped laboratories, central library, digital library, multiple canteens, etc. The campus of the college is very beautiful.
The faculty members are also well experienced, qualified and helpful. They are ready to help the students in every possible way.
The percentage of students who got placed in different companies from the college is very high. Here we get an opportunity to sit for the campus drive of many good start-up companies and also most of the well known multinational companies. I have got offers from 3 well known companies viz. Byjus, Wipro, Cognizant. So placement wise also the college is very good.
Apart from studies there are many other activities in which the students can participate. The college has a proper cricket team, football team and a basketball team. The teams participates in different competitions organised by different colleges. Every year the college organises a cricket tournament and a football tournament. There is also a gym and a swimming pool in the college campus. Every year the college organises a fest in which many well known celebrities like Badhsah and Honey Singh have performed.
BBIT is one of the best engineering colleges in kolkata . The college is having very good infrastructure and Placement. All the labs are full with equipment and machines. Faculty members are also so good and cooperative.

The Institute campus is very big having in built xerox and print facility in library and canteen facility in office hours. The seminar hall is quite big. All the students and staff are helpful enough to resolve any problem. The total infrastructure is truly nice. Here usually done interviews with lower chance of having job.
