Lease finished months ago and we are still trying to get out of paying their monthly invoice. They keep sending monthly invoices and then want to charge us to come and collect the machine because they are not allowed to accept machine if sent any other way. Copier is 10 years old as when we renewed lease they didn't upgrade the machine. We have well and truly paid above the cost of this machine. Would not deal with them and would not recommend them.
The ease of having a friendly voice on hand when something goes wrong, means our operations never grind to an unexpected & expensive halt. The BBC support network is the best I ve come across to date, and genuinely seems to be built around the customer

I would strongly suggest not using this company. We signed a contact, that was not fully explained to us and therefore have been locked in to a 5 year contract! Due to a move in our business we asked if we could cancel one of our printers. It's been a 6 month up hill battle, with no resolution and have continued to pay each month even though it is being unused. There has been no consideration by the staff and countless calls and e-mails not returned. Not a company I would ever recommend to anyone.
Have been with this company for approx. 6 months now. They have provided great customer service and competitive pricing.
