Can't access wiring diagrams,tab information or anything. I fill in my information and wait and wait for a response. Nothing at all no response or anything. I have called twice and was told the problem has been resolved. Last week I was watching a video on YouTube and the guy who posted the video was using wiring diagrams from your site. Don't understand what the problem is.

This is Oreilly's main gearbox remanufacturer on GMC pickups. Their steering gear boxes are absolutely terrible. One of my techs is on his 4th gearbox. The last one blew a seal because of excessive rocker shaft play and put him into a culvert. This caused quite a bit of damage to his truck. They inspected the gear box and said everything was up to factory specification (must have inspected the wrong gear box). They didn't cover any damage to his truck. The current gear box has excessive rocker shaft play as well. He is planning on buying the New steering gear from a different manufacturer. Would recommend avoiding at all costs!!!
