BB Branded Review

Never ever recommend BB Branded. I purchased a pair of shoes however they were one size large. I emailed them many times regarding the exchange of shoes as i live in Toronto with the order number and the size of the shoes i need to exchange to (p.s. it is still available on their website), but every time i contacted them they wrote back was Firstly you will need to tell us what product you are looking to exchange for , like do you guys even read what the other person wrote?? All i wanted was a smaller size. I also could've bought shoes from anywhere but tried to support the local. Situations like this is EXACTLY why people hate you & your store in reviews.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. Received my online order today and seeing as this is the 2nd time I've received a stained or dirty product, I definitely don't recommend it. Sent me a damaged product or a seemingly already USED product and they decided the best way to deal with a customers problem is to simply ignore me and refuse to even answer me back. Even filed a report with BBB (better business bureau) and they completely ignored them too. Terrible way to run a business but i guess its a quick way to make a buck so who cares about customer service or the quality of product hey?

Great store! It is an example how good and professional every single store should be! Quality products, packed neatly and shipped almost immediately! I have been a loyal customer for some time and I am always looking forward to visit the web store and make a new purchase again! Would give 500 stars if I could! Amazing work BB Branded!

I, would 100% NOT recommend BB Branded after my experience with them today and either will my husband or our families. My mother in law purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my baby however they were too small. Due to covid, I was unable to exchange them within their policy. My mother in law called and was told to wait to exchange them and that they would honour the purchase even though it's past due because of the lock downs. Today, my husband and I went to exchange for a bigger size as well as buy a few more pairs for upcoming spring but was told that we couldn't exchange them. We then called my husband's mother to explain to her that she was out $50+. She then called the store and they had the nerve to not only be rude to her but to lie saying that the shoes were dirty and have been worn. My son just started walking! I am disgusted with the costumer service and extremely let down by how we were all treated. All we wanted was a bigger size. We could've bought shoes from anywhere but it was important to us that we supported local. Situations like this is EXACTLY why people don't. Shame on you BB Branded. Be better, do better!

Order was shipped fast, delivered to my house less than a week after ordering!
Shoes came exactly as shown on the website, can't wait to wear them!

This is my 2nd order with BB Branded so far. I found items that were sold out everywhere!!!! and on top of that I had a discount on both on their website. Shipping is very fast during these times (2-3 days). I couldn't be more satisfied with this new discovery. Thanks BB Branded!

Great experience, love how user friendly is the website. Price are in the normal spectrum which is great considering some website do over charge.Delivery was really quite exceptional got my order in literally 27hr time. Overall would greatly recommended to others sneakers heads.
