I have done my Motorbike insurance renewal with Bayzat. The process is seamless and the coordinator (Kenneth Mukalel) is very friendly, understand the requirement clearly and answer the queries with field knowledge. People can use Bayzat for any insurance requirements.

Horrible experience. Great at getting you quotes but that's the extent of their capabilities. Try calling customer service and you'll an automated repsonse saying they are busy but have noted your number and will call you back but they never do!

My father-in-law was recently very sick and was admitted to hospital with high fever etc, to be informed by the hospital that he was not insured (even though he had paid fully for the insurance with Bayzat). The hospital tried to contact Bayzat, but to no avail. After he paid his expensive hospital bills, Bayzat admitted that they had made a 'mistake', but they refuse to provide any sort of compensation or responsibility for his expenses. Bayzat then had the audacity to email him asking for him to renew his insurance. Wouldn't recommend!

My experience at Bayzat, with respect to obtaining medical insurance for my mom, was very good so far, thanks to Mr. Talha Ghyas. Mr. Ghyas was very helpful, got all my questions and inquiries answered promptly. Much appreciation and thanks go to him for his unstinting support.
