Liars and thieves. Appropriate that they are on Crooks Road

Crap company! Web site always down offering no options for on-line payment, horrible customer service, just not good in anyway!

They have requested I fill out the same verification for an employee 3 times. I feel bad for our employee having to deal with their poor organizational skills.

I have contacted Bayview several times about my account. They do answer the phones and emails and tell you everything you want to hear. But no action regarding my concerns have ever actually been meet. It's always you need to do this first then we can help you. One thing after another. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Just awful and I believe I'm going to have to contact a lawyer..

Below one star. They have threatened to send my mother in collections before the bill was even due. Every. Single. Month. It was so bad my mother had to go to the bank and the bank managers would wire the money to them so there was proof and they would still claim she was late or they didn't get it. Theives

Customer Serivce Representatives need quality training. The Insurance department will keep you holding longer then 5 min.

They bought my home loan from chase. I loss my job in 2017 so had to do a modification. Started process April 2017. Have made modification payments since, on time, they have misplaced loan assumption paperwork twice now and here I am 2020 doing this paper work now 3 times. Each time they run my credit and it drops 50 points (3 times total). I mailed in everything and even videoed me placing every paper in the envelope (lawyer suggested I do so) and guess what. They responded there was paperwork missing and it was papers that I in fact sent in. This place is horrible and am perusing legal recourse

I don't know what these people are whining about. You can pay online, you can reach a person quickly and they are always courteous. This is a mortgage PROCESSOR, not a lender. They didn't write your note so don't blame them if you have a crappy loan they bought. Anyway, they've always been good to me.
