I worked at Baylor 20 years ago as an owner operator for maybe a little over a year maybe close to two years, I can't remember exactly . Moved on to united van lines. I saw in one of the reviews that Bob Baylor is no longer with us, rest his soul, he was good to me. I actually had a great relationship with everybody there from the garage to the owner and everyone else in between.
I might give them a visit someday since the wife and are traveling with our camper now a days

Bed bugs was in my truck and also at a Riverside where they sent me for orientation. Then the mechanic Scott gave me a hard time and Wayne in the shop tried to blame it on me bringing them there, very stressful, I could not believe the humiliation and amount of stress they put me through. They also Said I was going to get a newer truck just to bring me back to the shop and put me in another nasty truck. I quit! Awful experience, then I had to throw all my clothes and belongings away. Cost me more to work there than I made in the 5 weeks that I was there. Thought they cared, I WAS WRONG!

Best company we have ever drove for. Me and my wife team drive and own our own truck. We brought our truck to Baylor after our previous company went bankrupt. We've been here almost 2 years and Baylor never fails to impress us, keeps us highly profitable, and has that down home family feeling.

Baylor truly truly cares about the drivers. The owner is amazing and really thinks about decisions and how they will effect drivers and company. Our dispatchers are freakin awesome. Pay is good. They definitely keep us moving. We got into a nice very clean truck! No worries if you have to stop should you need a repair because you make a minimum but most times we go over that. Fueling process is easy. Insurance is fine as well.

This is in response to Nathan's review about the truck with the garbage bag. That is my truck and here is the real story you didn't bother to find out: my cooler became unplugged during the course of the day. I didnt want to take any chances so I tossed the food due to the odor and placed it neatly outside. I then fed my dog and we walked it over to the dumpster.

Before you assume something, you should talk to the driver...it would have taken you less time then snapping all the photos and throwing some fake shade.

PS this is a great company to drive for...you roll consistently and Cari Beth, the President, is only a phone call away if you have issues. And she ALWAYS calls you back.

I ve worked here for almost 3 years and every day has it s challenges but that runs hand in hand in the transportation industry. This industry is not for the faint of heart. However, hard works pays off and you are rewarded for your efforts. I absolutely love this company and if you re willing to work hard, you will too!
