I took my husband to the ER. He was running a fever and had some SEVERE physical pain. We saw people come and go before we were called back. When they finally called us back, we waited nearly an hour for the doctor to get there, and when he did, he came in and said a few things and left. We didn't see him again for another 45 minutes. Then they came in to take pictures of his stomach (thinking it might be something serious) all the while, my husband was asking for pain meds. On my way to the bathroom, I heard one of the workers laughing and joking about another patient in "room 25". It was disgusting.
Whenever someone would come in, they'd just say a few things then say "I'll be right back. Gonna look at your test results!" and we wouldn't hear anything else for at least 30 minutes. There was more time spent waiting for the doctors to come back into the room than anything.
My husband was in so much pain that he was on the floor. FINALLY, someone came in and helped us with pain meds. We had been there for nearly 6 hours by then. When we FINALLY left the place, all of the workers were sitting around laughing and joking and showing each other videos on their phones while there were patients literally screaming in other rooms. Never again.
STAY AWAY, people. They call this place "Killcrest" for a reason...
