I was in waco for a funeral, unfortunately..I had a seizure..never in my life had that happened..the staff was unbelievably wonderful to my husband and me. Gotta hand it to the fire and ambulance techs..they were so nice and patient..I had no clue what happened to me and will always be grateful for such kindness..

My mother went to this hospital and is still in there actually. She has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, a uti, a high fever and has been put on a special diet and told no fresh fruit, no fresh flowers and everyone who enters mist wear a face mask and gloves
Since that order was put in, she was immediately served fresh fruit by a nurse without a mask. She called for help by button and yelling for over 30 minutes and still nobody came to help. Their food is full of grease and basically tasteless fast food. I'm very disappointed and won't recommend this hospital to anyone. I should just call the management and complain.

I will never use this ER again. While the initial triage was done well and the wait time was minimal, the quality of care received by Dr. Randy Hartman was atrocious! He is by far the most condescending, arrogant person I have yet to encounter. He did next to nothing for our visit and with the facility and physician fee, it totaled almost $1700.00. Definitely not worth the money and if after hours care is needed again we will go anywhere but here. I do not understand why someone who clearly doesn't like people would be in the business of treating people!

I was in a wreck a couple months back. I asked to go to providence and was told no. Had to take me to Hillcrest for the trauma unit. We got there and the emt told the nurse taking all of my info, "She's been complaining about her elbow" yet no one bothered to look at the giant bloody spot on my elbow. Or any of my other cuts or bruises. There was NO wound care whatsoever. I left with just as much glass on me as i came in with. They also told me that since I was pregnant, they wouldn't do xrays. They didn't do any on the person with me as well. Nor did they do any tests to make sure my baby was alright. Or even to confirm I was pregnant. So, i went in, sat on a bed, and was rushed out. Two days later, i was in the providence er because of this wreck. They referred to it as "killcrest" due to their outstandi ng amounts of negligence. I now have a $1500 bill that is not itemized. 1500. For sitting in a room. When my sister was pregnant, they informed her that her water didn't break, she was just leaking and it was normal. Two hours later i met my nephew. Obviously at a better hospital. All this place cares about is money and time.

I have been up there three times in the past few months. Chronic pain. No idea what is wrong. Need an MRI but I just watched them let a woman keep having seizures in front of little kids. Highly unethical practice. Absolute worst staff I have ever dealt with. I don't want your drugs either. I'm a School Teacher who just wants back on his feet so I can Teach my Kids. Sad part is y'all saw the degenerative lower lumbar, and even though I complained of back pain, inability to urinate, and that I can only eat one meal a week your Doctors in Network do nothing. Your Hospital does nothing. Your organization is Highly Unethical, uneducated, and your Doctors lack any form of "Bedside Manner". I have watched this facility put band-aids on "bullet wounds". Y'all gave me percocet for Vertigo attacks when I said I had no pain. Nothing when I said I did. In conclusion, this facility should be thoroughly investigated for malpractice. Y'all even played around so much on 12/24/2016 that had you given my Mom a simple shot y'all could have stopped her debilitating seizure. I remember when the name Scott & White meant something. McDonald's has better Customer Service.

As reported by my mother: My 70-year-old mother took her 78-year-old brother into the ER at 3pm due to difficulty breathing. They found blood clots in his longs and the doctor ordered him admitted to the hospital. At 11pm, still not in a hospital room, my mother interrupted the laughter coming from the ER nurses station. They sent a doctor down that knew nothing about his condition. The doctor said they had run out of rooms and my uncle should just go home. Admitting doctors assistant comes in and says the hospital dropped the ball on the admission orders. By 3am they found him a room. My 70-year-old mother was then able to drive herself home in the middle of the night. My mother went back the next day to see her brother. When being screened at the hospital entrance, she mentioned the bad ER experience and said she's never had a good experience at this ER. The screener's response: "Neither have I, and I work here."

My sister-in-law had my nephew there prematurely. Apparently your "case worker" determines who can and can not see the baby. Plus, she violates HIPPA law by calling another person asking and giving personal information about her!! We are fully intend to sue. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I would hope that she loses her job!

Where can i even start. My goodness!! I went in a couple weeks ago for my daughter to be seen and Dr. Matthew Huff was our Dr. And I explained to him what was going on with my daughter. And after I did he asked me again... So I told him again and he made no eye contact with me he was very rude and I understand he needs to help other patients but he was in the room for 2 minutes. While he was about to walk out the room he left me with a bunch of un answered questions and he left. He was very very rude and not paying attention to anything I had explained to him. I only got a bill of $2000. And I didn't see him anymore. Horrible horrible service will never be coming here again or will I ever refer this horrible hospital again. If your a Dr. And you don't enjoy helping patients look for another career!!!

I can not think of a worst ER experience than the one I had tonight with the ER doctor on call. I explained everything to him from the past surgical history to the previous pain I'm in "RIGHT' now. Yes, I understand preliminary (ER) procedure of blood work, urinalysis & maybe an X-ray or CT. But, these are things (CT) I have just went threw weeks before and for him to highly suggest another CT after me saying I, just weeks b-4 under gone one. It suddenly became obvious he was NOT going to go above and Beyond to get to root of what brought me in. I am a mother, daughter and human being looking at the walls of an ER is not on my top ten things to do! Not to mention the santairy state of the room the sheets were soiled used towel were visual it was a mess in the making! Against my better judgment I stayed for the sarcastic ABN/RN nurse to "practice" drawing my blood SN: after the third try she got it. I then sat in the room as I came in PAIN until I finally Left! I didn't expect to go in and get immediate healing " I knew I was not walking in to see Christ" but I did expect to find someone there to do their JOB and stick to the oath of protecting, healing and taking sincere concern on everyone that come threw those ER doors weather walking or rolling. BUT AS I LEFT THE cleanliness and comfort of my home my small and VERY scared 4yr old said "mom its OK you are going to a good doctor now" and I can only hope that he will be that to someone one day unfortunately it was NOT me. Prayers the pain that I'm in subside with the Lords help! I will continue to seek out answers to why the pain is spreading...

The standard of care here is terrible. Services requested by the doctor were not rendered by the nursing staff, and nurses would ignore the patient s family when asked questions (they would pretend not to hear you and walk away). Do NOT bring anyone you care about here. The nurses/aides will leave them in the bed, and let them languish.

Worse ER experience. Leslie in ER is rude and unprofessional. She yelled and belittled my gf for asking her to page my nurse. 4 hours later and I don't have meds or discharge papers. I took my own IV out because after I was discharged, no one came back to my room. I sat for an hour when I was told that the nurse would "be right in". To have someone treat another human being like trash is heart breaking. A concerned family member should never be spoken to in the manner that she did.

I will NEEVER again go to Hillcredt! They misdiagnose me and just recently also misdiagnosed my son, by TWO different doctors, if in fact they were doctors or just interns! By being diagnosed wrong, obviously was given the wrong medication which resulted in more problems!! Finally went to another doctor, the right tests were given and the right medication as well. Hillcrest listens to your symptoms , doesnt run the eight test, or cant read them, and just pushes you out the door. If I could give a rating of 0 I would. I have also given instructions to never take me there in an emergency as I will probably die anyway.

My family member just checked into the ED at 11:52 am and all finished by 1:30 pm. They reported that everyone they encountered was courteous and professional. They were seen by Dr. Andrew Fayler. He took the time to answer their many questions and were detailed and respectful and he never made my family member feel rushed or stupid as some doctors can have a superior attitude and Dr. Fayler did not. They were given advice and prescriptions. ER Department was clean and seemed to run smoothly.

My family specializes ( like seriously as in a side job ) in giving businesses feedback and reviews so we are picky and especially with medical providers.

There are no complaints.

Once I recieve more feedback I can update this review.

Thank you to the hospital for taking care of my adult child in a profficient manner!

Horrible....I sat with chest pains...alarms going off the equipment in the ER....felt like I was dying and nurse had me on all this monitoring stuff...alarms are going off but no-one came...they closed my door and forgot I was here for over an hour.....nothing! Never been so overlooked over in my life with such sever symptoms....they just forgot about me...insanely bad service. I am young..so I get it but if it was an older person might have died...I could even get up to say anything cus I had all this equipment attached.... Why bother come and waste money if they are just going to ignore you. I've been to hospitals before...nurses make a difference...these nurses suck.

Wishing I could give this a zero rating. Was misdiagnosed by a less than helpful ER doctor. All the nurses seemed concerned and he blew off every concern I was having. Very disappointed in the care and all further ER needs I will go through Providence. - HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.

Has very good facility to treat Cancer patients. Needs to improve on patient services as reflected in various reviews.
Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
Any venture can survive on the basis of customer services offered through staff. May be staff need training on this.

My daughter went to the ER today. She is far from home and was having severe head pain. They sent her home without addressing this pain and did nothing more than give her fluids and collect a $300 copay. She felt like she was being accused of trying to get pain meds when she has a chronic condition and has been given NSAIDS before. She even offered to show them her medical records from Duke University and was summarily dismissed. She is now suffering with no option of medical care. I would never send my loved ones or my enemies to this hospital.

I took my husband to the ER. He was running a fever and had some SEVERE physical pain. We saw people come and go before we were called back. When they finally called us back, we waited nearly an hour for the doctor to get there, and when he did, he came in and said a few things and left. We didn't see him again for another 45 minutes. Then they came in to take pictures of his stomach (thinking it might be something serious) all the while, my husband was asking for pain meds. On my way to the bathroom, I heard one of the workers laughing and joking about another patient in "room 25". It was disgusting.

Whenever someone would come in, they'd just say a few things then say "I'll be right back. Gonna look at your test results!" and we wouldn't hear anything else for at least 30 minutes. There was more time spent waiting for the doctors to come back into the room than anything.

My husband was in so much pain that he was on the floor. FINALLY, someone came in and helped us with pain meds. We had been there for nearly 6 hours by then. When we FINALLY left the place, all of the workers were sitting around laughing and joking and showing each other videos on their phones while there were patients literally screaming in other rooms. Never again.

STAY AWAY, people. They call this place "Killcrest" for a reason...

My brother is in ICU an this floor has some of the Lazy nurses I have seen my brother s blood pressure was 207 /107 an running a fever an 124 heart rate. We went to the desk were there was no one his monitor was dinging for over 15 minutes I was told they were on lunch. By one nurse. I work at Emory Hospital that should never be said to a family member a patient on top of that they let a person sign for him a blood transfusion that wasn't even a relative an gave her access to his private info. They clearly need more training. None of these people are good nurses
