Even if the doctors take a little while to come on the zoom call, they provide excellent service and I love the staff and all of the doctors I have.

I give this place 5 stars based off of my experience with my counselor/therapist. Andrea Alfred knows how to instantly connect with her clients and makes us feel like we've known each other a very long time. She keeps it real and honest. She takes the time to get to know her clients, not just our problems. If you have a choice, absolutely pick Mrs. Alfred!

Cynthia Ruzich is an amazing therapist and a great person! She actually listens and hears what one is trying to accomplish and she supports and guides one for the goal. She is very attentive to the point she remembers all the points one brings up. She is there for you and is solely for your own interests and benefits. Extremely pleasant talk to and is highly intelligent. If you have a chance of having her as your therapist, you will be amazed and very satisfied. She is just simply great and super knowledgeable.

I've been with this practice for 3 years now. Overall my experience has been good. Any issues I've had have been minor and only due to needing information quickly for insurance purposes and quickly needing medication refills. Sometimes there is a long wait to speak to someone and I've never been able to get what I need from the patient portal.

Everyone that you engage with at Bayless are kind, compassionate, show genuine concern for their patients. Nobody rushes you, they take the time no matter how much time it takes, to answer all your questions, make sure you understand & feel comfortable with their care. They don't just assign a treatment plan, they encourage autonomy, involve you in every aspect of the healing process. I'm a very difficult patient, but they haven't given up on me! Yet.. . Thanks so very much Jamie Moore, LaJonna, and everyone I can't recall your names but you know who you are! Be blessed!

My therapist is amazing. He is a great ear and no matter how silly I want to be he is honest and thoughtful. I can relate to what he says. I can be open and honest and I feel he does the same. The process is pretty easy I do say.

My psychiatrist was great. Listened to me and fully explained everything. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I feel good about my decision to go with Bayless. Dr Peterson seems great!

I do not mind saying I see a Therapist at BAYLESS. I have had PTSD from the loss of my daughter and needed to have help with the Mental toll it took on me. I would highly recommend anyone with an issue to seek professional help. BAYLESS has been a lifeline for me.
