My driver had delivery appointment next morning, got there 3pm (3pm day b4). They took bills told him to back in , after 2 hours of waiting they said" we're working on our trucks- we'll get u tomorrow 7am ". He waited (no food no restroom), next day 7am went again , was told "wait" and got empty 11am. He was there 20hours total. Dear management -truck drivers r humans too , no need to treat them like animals , holding someone for 20 hours 60miles from home. We will never deliver there again. Fellow truckers; if u will charge them accordingly....
