Very bad courier service in the world,
Guys don't use this courier service.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, so i've blocked my day to receive it. Never came and i got a mail at 7pm to tell me that it'll actually be delivered today before 5pm, so i blocked my day again. Never came! I finally called them to know where my package was, and they told me that they couldn't deliver it because they didn't have my appartment number. So that means that if i didn't call them i would never have receive my package?! They've got my phone number but they never called me. And now i have to block my tomorrow too because they don't know how to do there job! Never using FedEx anymore.

Very poor service, do not deliver on Sunday, do not schedule a time slot to receive large packages. We ordered a 65 inch TV. No one at home, so they return the package to the distribution center and we have to pick it up ourselves. We ordered for home delivery because we cannot pick up a large package like this ourselves and have no other options. So now we have to get a refund for the purchase, wait for our money back, and redeem our purchase at another store. Very big waste of time.
For large packages, they should at least offer us a time slot. Very disappointed with their service in general.

Wait for a package, receive notification that it's delivered. But in the end nothing at all. Then trying to reach someone at fedex looks like a mission impossible !!!!

It took a long time to get service and the person couldn't find the package. FedEx, as little as possible!

Professional service at the top. Due to Covid-19, they are super busy. For time sensitive cargo, it can be fustrating, but it is not totally their fault.

Ordered two products and only received one this is none-sense. It says that I received everything if I track my order how can you lost a 200$ order. Never ever doing business with this company.

Worst transportation service. Our company will never use Fedex again. Problem with retrieving a product. 1 month delay with customs, obligation to go to Mirabel and 25 minutes waiting on site.

People work. Why can't they just drop the damn box on the porch like the other carriers. Was supposed to come in thursday. Now only available monday and I have to get out to this dump.

Very bad & poor customer service... They don't even know how to treat customers.
I will not go with fedex never again... the worst courier service & customer service in the world.

Fedex is m ....... I received a message from FedEx saying that my package will be delivered the next day. I called to confirm and was told yes it would be delivered the next day. To be sure I got him, I skipped school to be home at 4 p.m. I phone and SURPRISE he's still in Mississauga. It was not loaded into the trucks

Sorry ma'am, we don't know what happened. I had been told that FedEx had poor service. I have no proof

I give surety that you will have better customer service than Fedex Mirabel.
Please note that never do mistake like me for using this courier service.

Cant be home in the week day, so now i must go 50km from home to pick my package. Can be sure i wont buy online anymore if it is fedex who deliver.

They don't reach to home & declare person wasn't at home lol & Now I have to go 50 km away FedEx office now, y this kind of lie

First delay in 2 years but usually great service !!

Not even accept address changes before the package leaves warehouse. Worst service ever!

If there is -0 trust me that is what FedEx Mirabel will earn, they don't value your package, my entire belongings of over 50kg was thrown away, and they couldn't help find it. I cried because I am totally , things I gathered with money over years was just thrown into the thin air, and no care shown.

I had been invited to an interview at the Mirabel warehouse. Rendus labas nobody knows why we are here and for which position
We had a bogus interview with the employers who have no experience em recruitment and pendants that was arrived at the lady asked one of his colleagues if they wanted to spend our interviews or otherwise we are sent home as If we were jokes no one seemed to know their spots we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to us for the interview and we had a can interview with his employers in less than 10 min. Then the next day they send us an email that you are not caught !!! It's totally unprofessional and really disappointed in their ways! Good luck to those who want to submit candidatures I had a lot of skills for the job and I did not take it so ..!
