Very very good hardware store but the prices might be a bit too high

too confusing, otherwise the buyers are well received

Worst Bauhaus I know. I'd drive out of my way for a different Bauhaus or a different DIY store than go to this one in my neighborhood. The parking lot is a mess. The staff is so so unfriendly I don't even have words for it. Once I waited patiently, while a staff member had a long laughing conversation with another customer. When he was finally done, I stepped up (he sighed) I asked about finding something. He said, "I don't have time to help you with that!" I said, "what do they pay you for?!" He said, "now answering questions!" And walked away. That is just one of many many such unfriendly, reluctant, rude encounters with the staff here. Now, I just don't shop here.

Unfortunately no variety of brands in terms of pool accessories but advice was great!

THIS HOUSING is scrap! Have extra previously looked online, my product should have been there on site, but there was not! AND woe is forgetting the parking disc 30EURO CRIMES !!! THIS IS CUSTOMER DECK! Just because I was shopping for a short time in this building house !!!! There are more useful Parksystheme zb. near Obi there! US has lost this home as a customer! Absolutely annoying!

Immediately found what I was looking for, thanks to the signage of the departments.

The assortment is clear at Bauhaus. But the employees are a disaster for me. Every time I was there, I had to look for an employee first. So then I found one, there were clumsy answers every time, do not know or a recommendation that you will anyway find on Google if you are not stupid.

If they do not pay attention here and do not set their parking disc carefully they will be ripped off. The fact that Bauhaus lets such a thing through is sad

I wonder what the responsible of Bauhaus believe how such "penalties" affect the purchasing behavior of affected customers? You will not see me again after 15 years. I will not use this parking lot anymore.

Well-stocked Bauhaus with convenient parking and well-equipped garden center. Unfortunately they don't have plants, but the climbing aids that I wanted to buy. Recommendable!

Nice big Bauhaus. Lots of choice and plenty of space.

Either you do not find / too few employees, or they help you by saying: if you go 4 shelves straight, then right, the 2 link, 5 row from the back .. because I can puke. Cashiers highly unmotivated. But tidied up, the store. That's why 2 stars

Good tool department but grott bad tile supply.
I was shaken. Since I know Pankow and Birkenwerder I went completely stunned 3 times and broke off.
I thought the Bauhaus were all pretty much the same.
Too bad.

Overall, I'm always satisfied, unfortunately sometimes you look for a consultant, but otherwise ok.
