I had a very difficulty situation with my I-400 application. It could result in my case denial and my green card being taken away. I consulted with several immigration lawyers. Attorney Justin Wang was the most knowledgeable. He quickly pointed out all the potential legal implications and came up with a promising solution for my case. While other lawyers were not able to point out all the implications before I asked more questions, and the proposed solutions didn t sound as effective or comprehensive. This is the lawyer with the worst attitude I have ever met. I have a very bad attitude and talked to me with disdain. Although you are a lawyer and I applied for political asylum in the United States, it does not mean that he is superior to me. I learned why I heard others say that the most serious thing is to discriminate against others. He finally told me in disdain to accompany me to an immigration office to charge me "at least 3000" These words are the original words. After talking, I stood there, and he turned around and went back. If he had a better attitude towards me, I would n t be too busy writing so much. Please do not confuse the facts. You have so much time to explain why guests are not treated well when they come in? ? ? I also went to other people s homes. Because I am not respected in your office. Have you ever thought about your attitude as a lawyer, even your front desk told me to walk slowly with guilt in my eyes when I left. You want to collect 3000, not much, much less than other homes, not a matter of money, but a matter of attitude.

I just got my green card approved by the help of Atty Wang. I really appreciate his help with my super complicated case. I had NTA because overstay and my first marriage I130 was denial in LA immigration office (I didn't hire lawyer before) . Mr. Wang helped me reapply I130. After interview, my case was put in a long hold because of background check. As we all know background check could be take forever. Mr. Wang is super experience and he help me file mandamus action. And my I130 was approved 3 weeks after he filed. What's more, during the master hearing, he also requested short cause for me, which made my individual hearing only 28 days after master hearing. With the help of Baughman & Wang, Attorneys at Law, I was granted asylum in November, 2017. My attorney, Mr Baughman is such a detail-oriented and patient person. He answered all my questions and whenever there was any confusion, he would find different ways to explain it to me until I fully understood.
