Excellent customer service. Employees are very knowledgeable about what products they are selling.

I ordered a mum to be delivered for a gift and, while the plant ($30) was beautiful, the delivery cost ($35) was more than the cost of the mum, itself! Outrageous delivery fee! The manager was unwilling to reduce the delivery fee. I have never seen a delivery fee that steep.

I absolutely LOVE to go to Bath Garden center ALL year round! It's our favorite place (& the only place we go) to buy Christmas trees and we look forward to doing so Every year! The staff is always very helpful & the selection is always incredible! From succulents & Christmas trees to home decor, specialty soaps & fairy houses, this place has something for everyone! Highly recommended!!!

I stopped in when their sign said, "All Pottery 50% Off." I selected two pieces of pottery, then was told that one of them wasn't on sale. Great example of false advertising. I sent an email about it, and never even got a response.

Awesome place, and the Bird Festival was Wonderful!

Their Halloween party was a blast for the whole family! I didnt realize how big the place was and how much variety they had.

Nice place, with a great selection of plants, trees and vegetables. We usually spend several hours here just to see everything. Their soils are extremely expensive though. Pick those up elsewhere!

I stumbled across this place accidentally. From the second I wandered in, I loved it. They have great plants and adorable gift items. I got a beautiful begonia and some other fairy garden/terrarium plants that I haven't seen locally before. I also got a really cool plant puzzle and some fun plant socks. A little bit of everything here, but not too much to be overwhelming. Just perfect.

I took a class there and had a very informative class. Great place to buy plants with informative staff.

We've shopped at Bath for several years. But my husband just went to get potting soil and felt very uncomfortable. Very few masks and no social distancing among staff or patrons. We won't be going back this season, I'm afraid.

I had an excellent experience shopping from Bath Nursery. A huge thank you to Jamie who helped me on the phone when I couldn't go into the store. She helped me shop some beautiful/healthy plants. She was so sweet and listened. She also has a great/stylish eye. We'll return to Bath to buy more plants soon!

I love the cacti/succulents and when you buy a pot and a plant they will pot it for you!

Such a fun place! My son went on a field trip here today and got to see lady bugs, turtles learn about all the plants and build a fairy garden! This place has everything you can imagine from plants, trees and even clothes and jewelry.

I love Bath Nursery, it s a real treat to walk around the shop and then wander outside to look at all the plants. They are expensive so get your wallets ready! $$$. Worth the visit!

My girlfriend and I went into to get a few new houseplants. The store is very inviting, with many beautiful plants offered. But unfortunately we will not be back after the three employees just stared at us while we were looking around, no offers to help or if we had any questions. The prices are hign compared to other local nurseries. We ended up picking out about 6 new plants, the cashier was rude. No hello, how are you doing? The only question she asked was if we needed a box. I told her thanks and she just said, yep. No thanks for coming in, nothing. We both work in customer service, this is not how it's done. We will not be back again.

Great setup with numerous plants, yard decor and helpful advice. Friendly, available staff. Plenty of little red wagons available to help you carry your treasured finds.

Great selection, can sometimes be pricey. We got our Christmas tree here last year as well as this year! They have survived well thus far!

Even we have shopped later than most people we still got a wide variety of plants and flowers that we wanted. Nice staff...friendly but they do not hover!

Bath is one of the coolest layed back family owned businesses. I just love going to family owned businesses they make you feel like you wanted not like big business where they are only there to get a paycheck.

Healthy plants, great staff, and plenty of the essentials. They obviously enjoy their work and are always enthusiastic and helpful. I found a beautiful Begonia Rex this visit, and saw a Hydrangea I'd never seen before! Only wish they had more orchids.

Great customer service and associates who are willing to go above & beyond with finding plants that match what style or light level that you're looking for.

I recently purchased vegetable plants at Bath Garden Center. I called after that visit to inquire whether Green Zebra tomato plants were available before making a trip from Loveland. The female employee I spoke with informed me that I had to come to the Garden Center to look for the plants myself, and ended the call. I decided to give Bath one more chance and called to check on the availability of Oregon Sugar Pod plants. After not receiving a response to the message I left, I drove to the Garden Center and purchased four of the six available plants. I finally received a response that no plants were available four days after I left my message. The so-called customer service I experienced in response to my phone calls left a great deal to be desired. I strongly doubt I'll make any future purchases at Bath.

As always a joy to walk around and look at the different types of plants we want for our house.
