I recently purchased vegetable plants at Bath Garden Center. I called after that visit to inquire whether Green Zebra tomato plants were available before making a trip from Loveland. The female employee I spoke with informed me that I had to come to the Garden Center to look for the plants myself, and ended the call. I decided to give Bath one more chance and called to check on the availability of Oregon Sugar Pod plants. After not receiving a response to the message I left, I drove to the Garden Center and purchased four of the six available plants. I finally received a response that no plants were available four days after I left my message. The so-called customer service I experienced in response to my phone calls left a great deal to be desired. I strongly doubt I'll make any future purchases at Bath.
