This is one of the best mall where everyone needs to do shopping in this place. This mall consists of many brands and commuting is very easy.

It has the feel of a suburban mall of thsts what you need. Penneys is in split levels. Secuity folks can direct you to where you need to go. Convenient to subway.

We needed a charger for our portable DVD player and were able to get it

Its a ok mall they really have nothing that stands out here except for the giant JCPennys in the basement there is a Starbucks hidden in the back behind the escalators,The bathrooms are a step above ny penn with the occasional homeless hanging out in there,Stalls locks are usually broken.I say if you are a fan of jc then go here if not then macys is better

It's ok but this is the only mall I have been to that doesn't have a food court.

No good stores... very disappointing (tourists perspective)

This mall has never taken off. Less and less stores now.

There're many shops here for you to shopping e.g. clothing, shoes, glasses, etc. It's close to subway station so is very easy to come here.

Good place to mine cold coats of famous brands at prices more friends than at Macy's. You have to be patient, but you can find beautiful things at a very inviting price.

Decent mall where everything is over priced. You might want to look around that area first before coming here.

I think this is the only indoor mall in Manhattan. Not impressive at all. Unless you are using their bathroom or going for something specific don't waste your time here...

Its a mall. Has everything you need. Multiple levels. Lots of foot traffic.

Nice selection of stores. Jcpenney is anchor store. Usually very busy. Starbucks counter in back of first level. Central to train stations and Penn Station.

Big sis wanted to go holiday shopping at Jcpennys. She purchase couple of items for great price. I'm claustrophobic it was cluttered

This place is HUGE! Many options for you to spend money and of course shop for a desired item.

They do not have a big selection of stores and not to mention no food court. If you looking for a restroom then go to Manhattan mall other then that its a waste of time. I went into the store name "Karma" a place that sells ladies clothes. I seen a dress I did want but someone tried the dress on and got deodorant all over this black dress, I asked if they had anymore of the dresses and the lady didn't understand what I was asking her, so the guy that was ringing up the pants repeated what I said in there language and she moving her head saying no. I said well how about giving me a discount and I will take it so now they talking in there language back and forth I asked for the manager they call this other man over they not talking "English" at all and he said no I can't give you dress for discount, I said that dress will not get sold with all of that white stuff on it for the full price. I could not believe the manager refused to offer a discount bad customer service, always consider what your customers suggest it is part of keeping your customers happy and how you treat your customers reflects alot about your business.

it's different with typical mall in Indonesia. it's not too crowded. the location is easy to access from the subway station, and surrounded with a lot of shop like H n M, macys, etc.

Manhattan mall is the place to be to look at the various stores in such a great mall to shop. The quality of things that you look for are all in the mall itself and pretty large with many different known stores. The appeal of the mall is unique and a lot has changed within the mall itslef that it doesn't have the food court anymore however, change is good. Customer service are impeccable to the local shoppers who make you feel at home and peaceful.

You'd never known it was a mall from the outside. JC Penney's has been relegated to the dungeon-level to be shamed for its infamous coupon abstention.

I went to Express in a rush to find something to wear to a wedding..by far I had the best shopping experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I asked for help and a cpl of the ladies pointed out options for me to consider, one lady assisted me by taking the items outta by hand & places them in the try-on room for me, the cashier advised me how to be eligible for further discounts....I will most definitely return back to shop for more great finds

Been going there since A & S built it several good stores even Lens Craft for nice eyewear frames
