4 months ago we bought a motorcycle in the motorcycle section and Felix and Amaia attended us, at all times it was a pleasure to deal with them, the truth that for them we will surely continue buying more motorcycles with them.
Now, when the motorcycle arrived we went to take 2 helmets to go to play with each other and with the motorcycle. We took two white NZI vintage II one with the black line and the other with the pink line, as mine had no size in store (XS) they told me they asked for it and it would take 4 to 5 days for what we paid for the pink helmet since the other one "gave us" for the purchase of the motorcycle and we took the one they had waiting for the other to arrive .... at the time we went to the boutique since they had not called us and it seemed very strange .... they told us that they had been overlapped but again that in 4 or 5 days we would have it .... a couple of days ago my partner was to ask about the helmet and that they didn't know anything about the helmet .... Yesterday I called something angry since I've been waiting for the helmet for no more than 1 month and 18 days for the ... the answer ... that they had just talked to the factory and that they will just change that model so within a minimum of another 2 months I will not have it ... obviously we have told you to return the money since it is not serious ...
Not only for the lengths received but for the treatment of one of the clerks ...
First of all, I was the client and I have every right to get mad at you after almost 2 months waiting for a helmet that I had paid in full, and not for the saleswoman in question to talk to me in bad ways and send me to take by....
On Friday 20 I bought it online and by chance they have the helmet I wanted and my size ...

A very bad deal. They tell you about their product and almost force you to buy it. Once they have shown you their best product, they destroy their other products so that you do not buy anything cheaper (even in their own store). They seem to do you a favor by selling you and treat you arrogantly. Everything works great if you buy, but if you have to return or change they will take your teeth out. On another occasion, they almost made me pay an advance for bringing a size they didn't have for me to try on, if I didn't even know how I was going to stay! . Last week I bought a motorcycle jacket and went to return it two days later to exchange it for another with greater protection (and price) but my surprise was that they neither refund my money nor change my jacket.
