Awful ! Pain in my neck, back and left arm, pins and needles in my left arm and hand for 6 days straight! Didn't even look at me, simply said to do some exercises! I can barely move for the pain! And was very patronising!

My mum had cataract surgery recently and the staff were fantastic and the consultant very informative and professional. Very efficient appointment system and minimal waiting time. Would be easier if follow up appointment could be at local hospital as so short

Had an appointment with the Falls clinic on Tuesday was very anxious. However the staff nurse I first saw was so lovely and kind and made me feel better. Then the doctor also was so kind and informative. My appointment lasted nearly 2hours andfurther tests planned; I was very impressed and grateful.

I was admitted via A@E last Monday and first impressions were that of a busy and rather old facility.

Eventually ended up on E3 ward, Bay 4 for just over a week. Could not fault it and the staff make it special. From the ward staff nurse and her efficiency, the ward nurses and their compassion, humour, empathy and their understanding of every patients needs to the HCA s who perform the critical jobs which keep the place ticking. The tea lady knows what everyone wants and the food was really good when you think of the quantity served and the funding they have for each meal.

Hygiene was second to none.

Special mention must go to March, who runs a tight and happy Bay 4 in E ward and to David, this man knows what you need before you do and seems to be everywhere and is ever smiling and has time to talk.

E3, Bay 4, the safest hands you could ask to be placed in.

Attention to detail, compassionate friendly and ever so keen to help. That's how I would describe the staff here. Parking available, can be a bit tight at busy times. They have a WHSmith and Costa Coffee at the entrance. Good place to be if you are sick. Pioneering unit for Pseudo-myxoma treatment.
