We have been using this location's services since 2000, back when it was Mail Boxes Etc. We have had great service with both owners. My whole family is now getting mail here.

I came in after a morning of errands with my toddler, tired and completely unprepared to ship this package for my husband. The guy who was working took my stuff and handed me a receipt two minutes later. He was awesome! Super friendly and quick =)

I took a box filled with my mom's wedding china set to ship from this location. The gentleman, Ryan who helped me was impatient when questions were asked regarding how he will pack them. I was concerned about my mom's stuff who has recently passed away I have been to this location several times and I hate going there when this older lady is not working. This snobbish young guy they have hired always act too smart.

They just lost another customer. I will not go to the store where customers stuff is considered junk.

Avoid at all costs. Was here this morning. Employee behind counter completely ignored me, making me wait while they talked about Amazon with their friend. Employee was then very rude and unhelpful when I was dealing with issues getting my package shipped. I lost $30 on packages UPS refused to ship due to their own mistake. Was offered no solution or assistance. Waste of 4 hours of my life and my money. Very very frustrating.

I pulled into the circle k at 4921 sprinkle road a few minutes ago and almost got smacked on my driver door by a delivery truck. As I was about halfway through the parking lot heading to the pumps, the driver decided to pull off from being parked towards the side of the parking lot. Luckily we both slammed our brakes pretty hard and avoided a collision, but as someone who has been hit by a semi truck a few years back, it causes quite a panic attack. Please be more aware of your surroundings is all I ask.

Service was fantastic, no pain, easy breezy. An older lady helped me, we discussed other book rental possibilities for college. I will be going back today for another shipment.

I mail out UPS packages 5-6 days a week. This location is by far my favorite in the Kalamazoo/Portage area.

They have 4 parking spots dedicated for 10 minute drop offs. They keep dollies right by the door to help with big orders and the staff is as good as it gets.

I received my paycheck in the mail and opened it up at the UPS Store. Unfortunately that is also where I left my check, sitting there, completely ready to be cashed. Imagine my surprise and delight when I received a call from Amanda. a clerk who works for the UPS store. Amanda found my check and put it back in my PO box. Her honesty and friendly nature is enough to restore one's faith in the humans. I will always use this particular branch, because of Amanda's actions she really deserves a raise, bonus, and recognition for being a really nice, honest person.

Very friendly and polite staff always willing to help with your shipping needs!!! They will even tape-seal shut your box for you :-) unlike USPS

Had to have a 3rd party drop off a LARGE package, they handled everything over the phone with ease, fantastic team, really easy to work with even with a difficult situation!

They have always been both professional and friendly. I should know - I have utiluzed their services many times. before retiring, I also delivered mail to them every day for 14 years, and witnessed them interacting with customers in positive and helpful ways every single day.

I don t understand this has never been a problem at any other UPS store. I came in to make photo copies of my tax return to use for my records. I m a little particular because this is private information that I don t want anyone else to really see . Some of my sheets are letter sized, some are smaller, it would take a while to do each one individually and that s why I prefer to copy them myself. Typically the store has a counter or a key that they insert into the copier that tabulates the number of copies made. I was just told that they would have to do the copying otherwise I would not be able to copy my sheets. The UPS representative was not rude in anyway but I just find this a barrier to coming back to this store . I just left and I ll go to the FedEx store where this is never been a problem.

Went to this location. There was a young guy extremely rude. He attitude was as if I am a headache for him. WILL NOT go back to this location.
