Be advised that Basic charges customers (Columbia, Spectra) for hours not actually worked.
Didn't tip the delivery driver on a hundred and fifty dollar order. Provided them with cups, plates, napkins, and parmesan and pepper packets without it being requested and they stiffed my driver.
