I recently odered two pairs of icebreaker oasis 200 merino wool leggings, but only received one.
I had to contact the company three times before a response.

The response was this:-

'Hi, we’ve been moving premises over the last 10 days that’s why no one’s come back to you.

I can see on our system though that 2 had been checked out when packing was done and I’ve looked myself twice and can’t find the other pair left anywhere so it’s highly likely to have been sent in your package'

Firstly, i am catagorically certain that only one pair of leggings arrived, as i opened the package, secondly, the actual package wasnt large enough to fit two pairs, in their boxes. I have a photo of this as i kept all the packaging because of the missing item.

Thirdly, the response i recieved is in effect saying that i am being dishonest, which is quite frankly infuriating, hence me leaving reviews for this company.
I spent £169 on these leggings, one of which was a christmas present, and have now only got one pair.
I feel extremely disappointed by this whole thing, and having rrad other reviews that give similar experiences, i would advise anyone looking to buy from this company to go elsewhere, as obviously something untowards is happening there, and their customer help is beyond abysmal.

Save your money and do not use this company.
