Amazing customer service all ways fast and friendly love them

Very unfriendly...It seemed like it was an imposition to serve me...I will never go there again or recommend that place.

I have conducted several transactions there. Professional, friendly, and helpful individuals. Very little wait time!

Zero stars if I could. Two dollars to fax per page when they are the only fax in over a mile--NOT EVERYONE DRIVES, CALIFORNIA-- is exorbitant and GREEDY. Staff highly rude about it, smug, showed zero empathy at voicing a complaint at paying AN EXORBITANT SUM FOR A BASIC SERVICE IN A PLACE THAT LACKS OTHER OPTIONS.

I will literally now go 2.5 miles walking to another place to avoid the smug greedy staff at this one. Customers actually do have the right to complain about a service they are PAYING for, especially one so GREEDILY priced. Will also escalate to corporate. It is 2017 and this greed is unacceptable.

The best UPS store I've been to. Awsome customer service.

Go to this location instead of the one on Fair Oaks Blvd. where they had very poor customer service. The older man behind the counter there was NOT willing to help us or explain the process in any way. We needed a piece of tape to seal the package, but he refused to let us have one, even though he put one on the package for the lady in front of us!!
We went to the UPS store on El Camino & they were awesome!! She explained that we couldn't use their tape gun for liability reasons, but offered to put the tape on for us!! It took 5 seconds & a 12 inch piece of tape. We don't know the in & outs of the shipping business, but they took the time to explain everything!!!! Needless to say, even though the Fair Oaks location is closer, we will be going only to El Camino location!

They need help with staff and help the cutomers not ignore them

Compared to other ups stores I've visited, this place is clean, staff is quick, friendly and polite. Shipping hassle free ;-)

These ppl cause me a lot of waste of time and money because of their stupid mistake by submitting wrong information in my live scan request to the California board!!!!

Excellent, nice and professional staff. Clean well lite and well stocked. Cosr for computer time is a little high, ao use the library 2 blacks away it's free.

This store has awesome young college students working for them. One I want to recognize is an extremely hard working young man, Anthony. He is exceptional with patience, customer service and is always willing to take on challenges.

There are several area UPS stores, all of which I have used extensively. This one stands out for being slow, indifferent, at times incompetent and ill-informed and (compared to others) understaffed. Drive 3-4 extra minutes and use a different location.

This is my go-to business support location, as there hasn't been a time they couldn't do what I needed.
