The Netherlands is poor in car parks. I downloaded and found no place for 40t trucks. Bas Trucks? Nothing special except that all raffles are VERY expensive.

Bought a truck for ~ 20,000. The processing took about 8 hours from the knockdown. We were put off again every 30 minutes. There was no obvious reason. From the moment we asked for the money back, everything went quickly (manager came, spoke 2 sentences to the staff and 15 minutes later we had the papers).
Only on the return trip did defects appear ... defective heating, defective climate, wheel bearings, cuffs and little things - Lt. Offer ~ 3,000.
Emailed about warranty - will not be taken over --- next step "European Consumer Center" --- update follows ...

If you go to buy in this company remember to do these things refueling do it off the coupon do it in Italy check the batteries the truck bring it down you save before arriving at the company take charge with people who speak Italian otherwise you are wrong you are not followed if you have to make some changes write contract otherwise the changes first say yes then when you go to pick up the truck the changes have not been made! From our point of view, you don't deserve a star. I recently bought a truck with a wagon. When I got home the surprise ... it had dismantled and stolen the sirocol (500e). I didn't even think of it as a "serious" company. as you call it, the Dynasty may end up doing things. It's our mistake that we didn't check at the Reception. We'll avoid BAS TRUCKS in the future.

I bought a tipper truck that was said to be in good condition. I trusted and even paid BAS Trucks additionally for complete servicing of the truck before shipping to me. Shockingly, I received a truck with a leaking axle, disfunctional emission system and the vehicle simply not serviced according to what they claimed they will offer. To add insult to injury, they would not even avail themselves when I in contacted them to find a resolution. A very disappointing experience!!!

Ik ben zelf een exporteur van vrachtwagens ik heb via mascus op paar zoekertjes gereageerd via E-mail ik krijgt een email terug dat ik via Whatsapp contact moet opnemen zo gezegd zo gedaan, ik vroeg of 2 vrachtwagens die op internet stonden nog beschikbaar waarop ze antwoorden van wat de referentie nummer was heb ik gestuurd. Daarna geen antwoord meer gekregen.

Ik vind dat de eigenaar dit soort dingen moet weten vandaar de reactie, en wat ik heel jammer vind ia dat ik de 2 vrachtwagens heel graag wou want die waren prieces wat mijn klanten wouden in Afrika.

Mijn boodschapje naar jullie toe duidelijk zijn, als jullie het druk hebben zeg duidelijk op de email kom maar langs dan had ik dat gedaan!!

Zodrag de baas hier op reageert zal ik de reactie verder verwijderen, waarom? Omdat ik zie dat er uitgebreid wordt investeerd maar de juiste peraoneel ia heel belangerijk.

Good morning I bought from them 3 volvo fh. We have found a wide range of vehicles. All languages speak and the staff is highly professional. Excellent experience. Definitely to be considered for the future.

Not worth even 1 star !!!! I booked a truck from them in February, through Romanul who works there Cristian, it seemed ok, he gave quick details, he collaborated very well, 4 days after the reservation we went to get the truck, for a certain call we talked to make us the necessary oil changes, filters, etc., having their service, we got there and we found from the first phase that it is not what it seems on the phone, we waited 1 hour until the Romanian came to take us, we talked a little and left, then we asked to see the truck before making the transaction, we waited another 2 hours until he came to take us to see it, we went through everything, going on the premise that maybe they are too busy and giving them mitigating circumstances .
The next day I left with the truck to Romania, with "verification" service at them, tested by the mechanic, also, through Germany I discovered that it does not consume adblue, the first problem, I said good maybe it was on the right a lot in the end, then the clogged particle filter sensor came on, it did not regenerate! I arrived in the country at the dealership, she put a tester on it and the car had enough problems (hidden vices) of them, of course, which erased her mistakes so that we could leave her yard with her (that interests them, when you leave the yard with her) It had a clogged particle filter, a defective ad blue pump, and there are many others that we didn't even take into account, the whole repair leading to 4500 euros, you didn't want to cooperate with anything, we weren't interested in the conditions in which I announced them from the road when I noticed and then confirmation sent with the diagnosis from MAN! The truck was taken at a rather loud call plus I paid for the exchanges discussed by phone. They are useless people, I didn't think they would resort to such filth! They have their service and clear the car errors so you can go with them 100-200 km and then assume absolutely nothing for the hidden vices!
I do not recommend to anyone, run away from them as much as you can!

That's not how it's done!

Disappointed and very unprofessional, I bought Scania r 450 a few months later, the truck is immobilized thanks to Scania's anti-theft system. Then I get in contact with Bas trucks to provide me with the unlock code, they tell me they do not have it and they will proceed with their search, after two days I do not receive any response and I am obliged to go through the official dealer Scania since I need to continue working.
In summary 1985 of a new switchboard with the new safety code plus two days with the truck stopped.
I hope to receive some answers soon or I am forced to take legal action against Bas trucks.

Today for the first time been at bass trucks in veghel with 3 people, 1 from romania. We were greeted nicely and linked to a salesman "bogdan" because he spoke Romanes, the gentleman walked up and the conversation took place for a few minutes. When I asked sir kindly if he could also explain it in Dutch because I did not understand. I was looked at in surprise and grumpy, to which I repeated my question ... in a very antisocial tone I was told that I should go to the counter for another sales person. And the gentleman walked away with MY papers with the announcement that he would come back in a minute, meanwhile I went to the desk and asked if there was someone around who could also give me information in Dutch, replied moniek (receptionist ) that they don't work like that and we couldn't keep asking for another salesperson, so I agreed that bogdan would still help us and my Chauffer would explain to me later. Moniek eventually walked to bogdan and came back with the announcement that bogdan was now carrying out other activities. (Walked out 2 min later with colleagues to have a break and was looked very dirty but okay) I ALSO got another sales person assigned Leander who was very friendly, and took the time to provide us with certain information because this was our 1st truck we would buy. Still, I had a bad experience and after finishing our conversation with leander I went to another dealer because I would rather not do business at bas.
