Great place to shop. They have everything you need for breakfast lunch n dinner. Even house wares. Enjoy shopping.

Always great service and I love my personal shoppers Katrina and Cole, the first thing they ask is if there is anything else to add to the order. Everybody forgets something. I really like to get a text when something isn't available, with other options as well as pictures of a particular part of the isle where the item is out of stock. I am enjoying the app. ( for when I'm on my way and I am here). All of wonderful young men and women who bring out the order and pack the car. Thank you all for what you do. I greatly appreciate it and you!!

One of the nicer grocery stores, participates in the growler club.

This is a smaller store but they still have a nice selection of items. Like many other Giant Eagle stores in the area they also now carry a pretty good wine and beer selection as well.

Good store, always stocked great. Got young kids selling cigarettes and one girl asked me for my ID and I'm 57 yrs old. Really??? I don't think they should be selling cigarettes that young... Brat!!!

Certainly not perfect...but all and all a good experience. Very clean good quality produce very good beer and wine selection. Hot deli has improved since last visit. Bakery is and has always been top notch. Seafood and meat department are also very high quality...I even like the miserable meat cutters "act" that you would expect. Much better than that mad house in bethal park next to Wally World.

Place was busy only couple cashiers open no one bagging. Several employees walking around saying they going on break. Wife had to bag all our stuff up to help out the cashier.

Yes it's a good clean well stocked store that is conveniently located. But honestly a little pricey. I get more for my money at aldis.

This is my favorite Giant Eagle store around. Much better than the store at Donaldson's crossroads and Strabane Square as far as the staff. They are much friendlier and more customer service oriented at this Finleyville store. It's farther for me, but I still will only go to this store.

They have a lot of items that you cannot get at other giant eagles I like the variety the store was clean

I was unsatisfied... Many shelves and sections of food were empty... Had to go to Bethel to finish shopping!

This is the worst Giant Eagle that ever was! They hang sale signs around the store, and then when you bring it to the register, they won't honor the sale price. Make sure you scrutinize your receipt! Their computer doesn't match the price on the shelf and they overcharge you all the time.

Found some great managers specials. Dinner for 3, steak, fish, salmon, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, shrimp appetizer $
30. All made on the BBQ.

Giant Eagle Finleyville. So close & always a parking place. Employees are so nice. You get in & out!! Love it!!

Not as busy as the super centers but Carrie's all the essentials plus more. Nice community food market.

Nice, convenient and has a great selection for a smaller store.

My wife was up early and at the store at 6 as advertised. They didn t open the store until 7. There were others waiting also. Why did you say you d open early for seniors if you were not? At least put a sign on the door saying you re not joining the other giant eagles that are complying. Or, maybe do as other stores and open early seniors since there are so many in the area and this is a time of crisis. Let your employees start earlier to stock or stay later. We re all making sacrifices right now. You re certainly not losing money with the hoarding that has been going on. There are some that are. Be mindful. Take care of those who take care of you.

This by far has been the worse experience ever with this supermarket ... shopped there twice when visiting town and the way I was spoken to and grilled like I dont belong there was very uncomfortable. If you work in a customer service environment you should be able to handle yourself in a professional manner and not pick and choose who you are nice to .. i use to work at giants and never did I treat anyone unfairly .. so sad

Bigger than most giant eagle stores in the area. Less crowded. Still a little pricy, but good variety of foods.

Very clean and they are taking wearing masks as well as disinfecting shopping carts. Employees are always nice and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend shopping here.

The store is always clean. The shelves are well stocked. The people are always friendly and helpful. I usually run into someone I know and get to catch up. I love the total shopping experience. It is so convenient to be able to get our prescriptions when shopping.

Didn't have broccolinni was dissappointed. Half the shelves were empty.

It is a Giant Eagle, so I find a lot to be overpriced. But this store is much easier to navigate than the Bethel store.

Well stocked supermarket, staff is extraordinarily friendly!

Even though there are too many kids working there, it's not a bad visit

Well, I buy 2 very important items here and that's about it.
#1 The "Special Dog Food" my dog likes, and its only sold here.
#2 Lube, also very special. Lol

Came to the store one day last week. Went to deli first. It was 7:05pm and they already had the deli counter emptied out. It too a few minutes to get help and when I ordered she seem annoyed. I said, "Don't you close at 8pm?." She said yes but we have to be cleaned up and out by 8. It was 705pm and half the lights were out. I didn't get everything I needed as she made us feel like a nuisance. I walked away at 710 and they turned all lights off.

Then yesterday went for burger patties. When we opened them to cook out they smelled something awful. Returning them this week! Will Not shop here again!

i have the pleasure of working at this Giant Eagle as a merchandiser.
it quickly became my favorite store! everyone there is very friendly and
the managers are very visible-usually helping customers. it's a hidden gem!

Going down hill seems empty shelves not replentished forced buy their product, prices high
