I worked with Joshua Neal and Mark Bains on a real estate dispute. I was originally quoted neighborhood amount but then the final bill came in three times the original quote and over 50% of what the case would of resulted. I am deployed overseas and at the time this case was happening I was further deployed and unable to check my P.O. Box. Imagine when I returned to see a stack of bills with 3 times the original cost. They wouldn't even speak about it. No responses other than I am being countersued for the other attorneys fees and if I wanted them to dispute the charge to pay my current bill and they would submit. I still asked but no response. Being afraid of an additional couple thousand dollar bill I paid and the countersue was dismissed. Hindsight I should not of paid their bill and sent it to arbitration. Wish I had the experience of these others. I felt like I was taken for quite the expensive ride.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark Bains on a Special Exception. He was very thorough in his research and listened to our every concern (we had many lol). As all attorney bills can be slightly expensive, he made every penny totally worth it. We did not work directly with Ms. Alison Podlaski but she did help also. Mr. Bains & Ms. Podlaski make such an awesome team! If you were not at ease on an issue before obtaining an attorney, I can guarantee you will be if you choose to hire anyone from this firm. I would highly recommend Barrett McNagny on any issue!

We had gone to Mr. Adler in regards to a claim, since he had reassured us that he had experience and could help us. We explained to him everything to the best of our knowledge and provided documentation. Honestly, I don't think he knew exactly what he was doing, considering we barely knew what to do. Unfortunately, two years had gone by and nothing was accomplished. I do not blame Adler or their law firm, considering not many people would know what to do in our situation. I was just disappointed that none of us were able to accomplish anything with the case after two years and had paid a large sum of money. Regardless, we were refunded our money with no issues and they were extremely professional, also polite. Mr. Talarico made all that possible and went out of his way to give us a few recommended attorneys that he felt could help us in a different law firm and thank you to Mrs/Ms. Bruick for handing us the check, also agreement. Despite the downside of our case, we also had the pleasure of working with them. I highly recommend you go to Barrett. Even if they can't help you in some aspects, they will recommend you another law firm to go to and they try their best.
