Our company was quoted and paid one price for services and 5 years later when we needed copy of our depreciation schedules they came up with additional charges claiming they were owed from 5 years ago. They did our returns for one year, and that was one year too many. After we left they were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Where to begin. They filed my returns 3 months after they said they would have it done. My return was 3k less than they said it would be.
I needed a copy of my return for my new company. They then edited out a lot of the critical data.
DO NOT use this company. Unethical and unreliable.
