Very helpful and easy to deal with. They are truly professionals

Had under contract a home in Tallahassee that may have had structural issues from settlement, so I called Barkley to see if they could assess the risk of future settlement before I hired a whole-house inspector and WDO person...and before I bought the place, of course. No one ever showed up for the appointment, and they never called to tell me anything. Traveled all the way from out of town, had my realtor show up to let them in, and never heard a thing from Barkely. So I contacted Mr. Barkley himself and he said, Whatever. Such a piece of garbage, very unprofessional.

Had an appointment with Barkley for a residential structure inspection. They didn't show up, didn't call, didn't make it right. So, zero stars. Avoid.

We had Barkley come out and inspect our prospective home, after the sellers hired an unlicensed contractor to do structural repairs. We were on a time crunch as we found out the contractor was unlicensed an hour before closing. They were able to come out the very next morning, take a look at the repairs and we had our final report within 24 hours. Barkley saved us from making a $200,000 mistake. Thank you!
