Barco is products based company HQ is Kortrijk Belgium. In India, Noida is the only for software development and product development.

Barco is very good company this company much better then other companies because this company gives holiday time to time .

This is the main office of BARCO noida, India.
Barco is a good place to work at. Being a product base company, it's cash rich nd has a good European working culture. The timings aren't completely flexible like service based, but 1 hour here and there is acceptable at times. Though the pressure has started building up recently due to international technology events like CES etc. In a gist, I would still recommend it to my friends.

Very good manufacturing line with state of art technology

Very less knowledge of their engineer.
Their engineer doesn't know what he was doing.
They dont understand your problems.
Solutions are not proper. Maintance is not as on time
Part availability problem.
Dipak gurg ka management ekdum bakwas hai.
Tab to usko this year promotion nai mila.

Company is very good but management is very poor for any employer

I was there for interview, nice people but waiting time is around 1 hour for in person interview

Pathetic. Especially the way they treat female employees here in Barco Noida. Violation of all norms and you date to speak against them or to defend yourself very next day you will thrown out of company for no reasons

Appeared there for a schedulded interview on 4th Aust-17, interview panel was on leave.when it was scheduled interview...rather than calling again for interview I was informed that not shortlisted on 23th August..company took 20 days to give feedback of first round that too was taken by some very over attitude junior testing person....very unproffessional company..with careless attitude for others...very bad experience or worst interview experience in my 15 yrs of proffessional life..not atall recommended.
